I wonder why every day we hear about the Clintons on CNN, too many times, with all the anchors, commentators and reporters, all of them telling the same "news" about them, but we almost don't hear at all about Obama, Edwards and the other democrats.

Could it be that CNN has been "promised" something in case Mrs. Clinton is nominated, or they have already been receiving some "extra $upport" from the Clintons, to ignore the other candidates and make the Clintons appear bigger than they really are?

I'm not really a fan of any of the mediocre democrats who are currently running, I wanted Al Gore to run and it didn't happen. Regardless of that, I'd like all candidates (at least the front runners) to have a fair distribution of air time, so we all can see what they offer and compare and contrast positions on issues.

I already know what the Clintons propose, it's old news, why watch it repeatedly every day and not have a clue of what other candidates, like Obama or Edwards have to offer?

I was involved in an accident, and I had no insurance. Although I had proof, the policy was lapsed. I went to court today and the court date got reset to two months from now. What are the possible endings for a situation like this... when a lapsed insurance card is used as proof of insurance in an accident that I was at fault.

In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant that comes here in good faith becomes an American & assimilates himself to us,he should be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, birth place or origin but this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American & nothing but an American. There can no divided alegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag.We have room but for one language here & that is the Engliah language, & we have room but for one loyalty, & that loyalty is to the American people. End of story!!!

If all of our Laws are going to be made by the EU in Brussels
and 90% of our existence is going to be controlled from there.
Why do we need the hundreds of M.P.'s that we currently vote for and pay extortionate salaries and pensions to????

Maybe we should get rid of the House of Commons and just keep the Lords.
This being a lot cheaper, would probably allow a 50% cut in our Taxes.
Think about it!!!!!!

My wife just started working for this toddler entertainment center a week ago. An email came to the company stating that the women working the snack stand had a bad attitude. Both she and another girl were working the snack stand the same day. When my wife got the call from the job stating that they received complaints and that she was fired she asked if they described her in the email. The manager said "sort of". The other women who was also at the snack stand still has her job. They are both dark skinned with long hair and all wear the same uniform. If this fair? Should they do some sort of investagation for both women before firing since they both were working the same position that day? What should my wife do?

Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no problem. What I Do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't
one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone
sitting on their bottoms, doing drugs, while I work. . . . Can you
imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check ?

Three illegal immigrants arrested Dec. 5 after a manhunt involving Cochise County deputies and U.S. Border Patrol agents were indicted Thursday in connection to multiple home invasions.

Between the three Mexican nationals, they are charged with more than 40 counts, including kidnapping, first-degree armed burglary and theft, Cochise County Attorney Ed Rheinheimer said Friday. The men were served with the indictment on Friday. The men were captured Dec. 6 after fleeing on foot Dec. 5 from an interrupted home invasion in the unincorporated Pearce area, during which the men tied up a 58-year-old woman in her guesthouse restroom after she investigated strange sounds in the house, according to the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office. The woman was not injured.
The victim of the Dec. 5 home invasion in Pearce reported at about 6 p.m. that three Hispanic men had been inside her guesthouse about 4:30 p.m. that day, and when she reached into the door to turn on the light to investigate unknown noise, they grabbed her arm, told her to shut up and tied her up in the bathroom.

She told investigators one of them was armed with a rifle.

The woman freed herself about 30 minutes later and went to the neighbors to get help.

The manhunt for the men began after the county was notified and was resumed the next morning. Border Patrol agents captured the three suspects on foot north of Davis Road and south of Highway 181 on the afternoon of Dec. 6.

Investigators, according to information they received during interviews with the three men, believe the men broke into the home in Pearce to search for food, water and clothing, said Carol Capas, spokeswoman for the Sheriff’s Office.

County detectives believe they forced entry, “and during interviewing they indicated they did this because they were hungry and thirsty. According to them, they were en route back to Mexico,” Capas said.http://www.svherald.com/articles/2007/12/16/news/doc47637fd52b859891981237.txt
