Roy Den Hollander is a New York lawyer who is suing night clubs. In a way I agree with him. I think that people need to realize that equality means equality no ifs and butts. If civil rights laws says its illegal and discrimination to pay women less than civil rights laws need to say its illegal and discrimination to require women to spend less for the same thing. Had it been that males were getting a discount the women in america especially the feminists would have fought against adamantly. They have been trying to break up the augusta club tradition of only having male members and not female members but they have never tried to destroyed the ladies night. This is hypocrisy.

If I retire at age 38, I'll be getting roughly $3500 a month, tax free for the rest of my life if I stay military. If I get out, I have a chance of getting an almost 6 figure income, but will not have that military pension to fall back on, and will not have retirement pay until around age 65. Which would be better, stay military and get that pension, or get out and get a 6 figure income?

How do we (the general public) go about getting laws changed? I am feed up with hearing/seeing all non-custodial parents getting screwed. I see/read all these posts where the custodial parent is always wanting more and more and more. Should we be concerned about this issue? If this continues then non-custodial parents are NOT going to be able to even buy food, much less have a relationship. The laws and guidelines should be both FAIR AND ENFORCED. So how does this process work? What can we do to change it???

I am a woman who raised 4 children by myself, and only received $205.00 per month. So I am seeing this from both sides.

Espescially when you can get warrants retroactively. That means that if there is an urgent need to tap, you can go ahead and do it as long as you file the papers at a later time.
There are judges who are very agreeable to those who would like a warrant.
The only thing I can think of is that they are tapping ALOT of phones indiscriminantly and don't want to do the paperwork for a massive ammount of taps.

My sibling lives in the same state as me but in a different county. Is my sibling considered legally served since the papers were given to me? Should I do anything to contact the courts or the other party to alert them that my sibling does not reside at my residence? Do I need to do anything to protect myself?

Student at the school I attend are getting in trouble with the University for events that took place off campus. There are two different police forces: The university police and the city police. When a student is cited for illegal alcohol consumption (a charge for which they have yet to be found guilty for), the court automatically reports this to the University without knowing the outcome of the case. Most of the time, the entire incident took place outside of the campus and and in no way involved the university. How is the court allowed to disclose this charge to the university (remember nobody was found guilty), and does the university have the right to punish these students?

In the state of pa how many times do you have to be (punched, kick, assaulted) before you can use self defense.

Or is there no law and it is just implied immediately.

Should I take my case to trial if the prosecutor denied looking at my case at all for a dismissal on DWI? I didnt blow, the officer didnt tape my field test at the scene, his superior had to redo a field test at the station which was taped. Or should I just go for the plea bargain? The huge problem is that the prosecutor that was going to consider my case for dismissal was assigned to another court, so now, this new prosecutor wont even budge on it. Is it worth risking?

Give me a detailed plan in which you would propose to solve social security. What would you do to save it? or why would you get rid of it? Give me facts though, no spinning for political purposes.
