Police were called when we were out and my friend stupidly gave her real name and ad,I made mine up .will they find me thru her and what will happen.Can I lie if police invoved my parents will kill me and I was promised a car for next birthday

Just relax, and take life as it comes. So right now you're not in any trouble, so relax. If the police find you, face the consequences, but right now, you don't have fess up. Nobody got hurt so the police probably aren't going to worry about it too much.

I suspect the police have more pressing things to be getting on with,but if i were you i would confess just in case you knew your parents would not be happy but you drank anyway it wont be easy but your heading for trouble I hope your parents don't buy you that car as next you will be caught drink driving

Under-age drinking is now the least of your worries. They WILL find out who you are and then you're going to be in MORE trouble for lieing to the cops. Your friend did the right and smart thing.

Well, a very fast way to make sure people find out that you broke the law is to post it on the world wide web. I would be more worried about the falsifying an official statement part than the underage drinking part.

Yes, if they look you up and find you lied, they will talk to your friend for your real name.
In addition to your underage drinking, look for an additional charge of lying to a police officer.

If you are drinking under age you don't deserve a car! If you are caught lying to the police you are in trouble.

Hi you was lucky they didn't take you to the station that's what happened to me many years ago when i was 15.My parents had to come and fetch me they still remind me to this day!!
I'm sure you have nothing to worry about as they would of arrested you there and then.Let this be a lesson to you if ya going to drink do it at a friends house and drink responsibly!!

Was anyone given a citation? If not, you are clear. If your friend got a ticket, you best hope she will lie for you since I think they will question her about the others involved.
