The Clinton's have always tried to destroy their opponents with ruthless aggression, yet ironically, they can't even retaliate against Obama's criticisms of them, much less go after him. I believe that Obama will win the Democrats Nomination. Good for him. As for the Clinton's, it seems to be a monster of their creation.

They are pretty small now. You could tell if the cop was verbally abusive, or do a sound analysis and find out whether the cop or the defendant fired the first shot. (Different types of guns have different sound signatures.) It would eliminate all the conflict over what was said, and what happened. You could download all the sound for a shift into a master computer when the cop came into the station.

If nothing else, it would make cops unable to be sarcastic and condescending when they spoke to people. It would make a jury rule against them, if the incident became a fight. I think it would be worth it just because it would force cops to be polite.
Wouldn't that be a small victory right there? And cops always do the right thing anyway correct? What would a good cop have to hide? A good cop would WELCOME the backup of having a recorder confirm his good actions.

My friend purchased a car from his neighbor and closed on September 15th. He celebrated his 18th birthday on October 5th. In the early morning of October 6th, while returning from his birthday party, he was involved in an accident that destroyed the vehicle. On October 8th, my friend informed his neighbor that he disaffirmed the contract and asked for his money back. The neighbor refused and my friend sued her. Who will win?

A perfect example of that is those who hold a vigil for the sicko who raped & killed the Van Dam girl. How can anyone have any sympathy for a man who raped burned & killed a lil girl? Where are the vigils for her? I'm so sick of these bleeding hearts who think that a sicko like that deserves more rights than a kid who was raped & killed. People like that should be put a bullet to the head on the spot. No waiting 20 years for appeals.

Democrat politicians refused to allow an African American man to testify as an expert witness in front of the Democrat controlled immigration committee.

( Democrats are proving again they don't truly care about Americans. Democrats just pretend they care about people. Democrats are more interested in getting 15 million new Democrat voters by giving citizenship to illegal immigrants. )

The man only wanted to talk about the problems illegal immigrants are causing the African American community. Democrats on the congressional commitee refused to allow the man to speak. After seeing the Democrats reject the man, Republicans then setup a special committee so the concerns of the man could be addressed. Democrats were not happy Republicans created a special committee to allow the man to speak.

This is what the man said in front of the special committee.

They can make our politicians sign their treaty.

They can flood our country with migrants looking for work.

They can tell us what shape our bananas should be and whether we can call our chocolate "chocolate" or not

They can free paedophiles and rapists who appeal to them on their "human rights"

They can mess up our country and take our livelihoods

but they can never take our . . . FREEDOM!

My aunt owned a profitable beauty salon in Central Massachusetts that a coworker agreed to purchase. As part of the purchase contract my aunt agreed not to compete in a personal service business anywhere in Massachusetts for 2 years. Eighteen months later, my aunt opened a beauty salon in Boston. When the coworker found out she sued my aunt claiming my aunt violated her covenant not to compete. My aunt defended by claiming that the agreement should not be enforced because it violates public policy. Who is correct here?

I have posted a question on here before about what to do with an angry neighbor. Well... It finally came down to a physical confrontation. I was stepping out of my car with my childrens lunch in my hands when I was confronted by my neighbor and her friend. Words were exchanged and she ran up on me and punched me. I threw her to the ground and began to fight back when her friend ran up on me from behind. The friend yanked me back by my hair and held me to the ground while the hostile neighbor continued to kick me in the face. I screamed for my babysitter to dial 911. Once the cops showed up she made up a story about me attacking them. Then she left in an ambulance. Now she is pressing battery charges against me and is going to try to sue me for her hospital bills. She's also trying to get me and my children evicted from our home. How can this possibly be? I'm a young mother of three who was attacked by two aggresive older women and it's my word against theirs...any feedback?

Just seems a little odd to me....

Wasn't their top tiers working out so they just pluck Huck from the bottom of the barrell to see if he could do something?

He doesn't have ANY cash....NONE....

But yet, all of the sudden, he is all the rage....

He went from the media saying NOTHING about him....with a 3% approval rating.....to being the man of the hour.

Am I the only one that smells something fishy here?

And is that one of the main reasons why Kucinich, Paul and Tancredo stand no chance of winning... no matter what they do or say?

And yes, I'm aware of what George Bush looks like, but I don't think most people really became aware of his odd facial expressions until after he became President.

u no the vietcong nd the iraqi insurgency right now, resisting american redcoats just like the freedom fighters during the american revolution, the question is, if america was attacked by like, the mexican army the same way we attacked iraqis, wouldnt american militiamen do the same stuff as the iraqis and the vietnamese did during there respected wars (vietnam war and operation iraqi "freedom")??

usa does not belong in iraq any more than the british belonged in america. iraq war and vietnam were both american IMPERIALISM. so, again i ask, dont u think iraqi insurgents are FREEDOM FIGHTERS??????

But really, what's the truth to this? What do they do? Are there air force ground teams in iraq?

Ellen Goodman, journalist and notorious water carrier for liberalism, wrote in her column the other day that the democrats have an "embarrasment of riches" with their candidates, whereas the republicans merely have an embarrasment. She then makes (in my opinion, I don't have links) weak arguements as to why all the republican candidates are basically losers.

Maybe the republicans don't have such great candidates. But the democrats? An embarrassment of riches!? Hillary, Obama, and Edwards the Breck girl? They are great while the republicans are bad?

I say gimme a break, Ms Goodman.. What does anyone else think?
