although, Turkey's economy is not powerful, signed Kyoto protocol. but, why not the US?

Many countries have signed the Kyoto Protocol, but none have met their obligation. So does it make you feel better to sign and then fail? The US is being truthful in saying they will not reduce emission output to 1990 levels, that would be an economic disaster. But being a liberal, you have no knowledge of economics, and the free market.

You are wrong about two things:
Turkey's economy can not be described as you said. That means you don't know a lot about economy.
Turkey didn't sign the Kyoto protocol.
