Even if you disagree with her, you've got to admit she's got a sharp sense of humor.

What's the most offensive thing she's ever said?

For me, it would be Biden. I respect the man. The rest I either detest or, do not know enough about because I'm not looking that way....

I dont understand this at all. I recently turned 18, and I can legally drink alcohol in EVERY country in the world except the united states. I am a european immigrant, and in europe you can drink at 16 in some countries. Dont people here understand that the more you prohibit something, the more people will abuse it? Why do you think that when the drinking age is lower, less people drink(proven)?? You can do everything at 18, except drink? Someone please explain this to me I am very confused.

Joe Vento, the owner of Geno's Steaks, defended his policy before the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations, which filed the discrimination complaint.

"This country is a melting pot, but what makes it work is the English language," Vento told the commission. "I'm not stupid. I would never put a sign out to hurt my business."

Vento posted two small signs in October 2005 at his shop in a diverse South Philadelphia neighborhood, telling customers, "This is AMERICA: WHEN ORDERING PLEASE 'SPEAK ENGLISH.'"

Warning* to those who know what that means -- please answer carefully so as not to give it away it to the uninitiated. Let 'em have a run at it and see who survives.

because i recorded a coworker sleeping at work during her hours. she slept for about 3 hours. there were emergencies and work to be done and she didnt even bother getting up. i recorded her so i can show my boss but before i could i got fired because of it. this lady is always late for work sometimes even as 4 hours late and doesnt do her job right. shes lazy and always calls off. i do my work, i cover for her when she calls off, i do her work and i get fired. is this right??? the owner said she was gonna put me under investigation but she said she terminated me. is this right i mean theyre keeping someone who steals from them and firing someone who is an asset to the company. what should i do?

He sent out a memo stating the following:

"If you are not passing more than 65 percent of your students in a class, then you are not designing your expectations to meet their abilities, and you are setting your students up for failure, which, in turn, limits your success as a professional."

This person flat our states that you must lower standards to push kids through the system. How is a child to strive to be better than what they are now if the teachers lower the standards?

I have never heard of anyone who does better when standards are lowered to where they are today.

This is a big problem today.
