Yes or no cons?

"Climatologists (scientists who study climate) have analyzed the global warming that has occurred since the late 1800's. A majority of climatologists have concluded that human activities are responsible for most of the warming. Human activities contribute to global warming by enhancing Earth's natural greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect warms Earth's surface through a complex process involving sunlight, gases, and particles in the atmosphere."

I read all of them one of the offenders refused treatment for her sex crimes commited 20 infractions while in jail including the sexual assult of a fellow inmate and has a previous conviction of voluntary manslaughter with a fire arm the conditions upon her release are that she has to abide by the same laws that everyone else does and 36 months monitering, another man pled guilty and was convicted of child molestation three seperate times one of the victims was his own eight year old daughter. 3 months after he got out of jail he was arrested and pled guilty to sexual conduct with a two year old girl in may 2007 he served only 6 months..... i could go on and on if there is anyone out there who can explain to me why a mexican immigrant doing nothing wrong other than trying to provide for his family will serve 2 yrs for being here ileaglly and nothing else and a repeat sex preditor only gets 6 months for violating a 2 yr old ?

There were no rights read, and consent was not asked. This was in New Jersey. The teenager was 15. No previous crime record. They were not arrested, but phone number, address, name, and high school location was. They were not told why they were being searched, only told that they "looked suspicions, and 'looked' like they were trying to break into a store." It was 11:02 pm. They had weed and a pipe (neither were found). Was the cop right?

One group says, "The charges are too serious to ignore. There is credible evidence that the Vice President abused the power of his office, and not only brought us into an unneccesary war but violated the civil liberties and privacy of American citizens. It is the constitutional duty of Congress to hold impeachment hearings?

Agreed or No?

If Hillary is elected, since she has no military experience, our troops will be in almost as grave danger as our infants are now. (She advocates the killing of the unborn..pro abortion)
Please..will you vote against her to help our troops?

Doing a paper that has to display how empirical question can affect moral issues. I plan to have the moral statement be "The world should be comprised solely of democracys" the empircal question is "Do democracies violate human rights?"

Only example I can think of is Native Americans in the 1800's and possible the Weimar Republic becoming NAZI

I'm 21, and I have tried my hand at college... it isn't that it isn't for me, it's just being in my home town I am easily distracted... Everytime I start over i fall into the same crap. Now I moved back home a year ago thinking it would help, but it actually had the opposite effect. I was going to join the Air Force but my parents flipped out, my mom talked about war, and my dad talked about all the money and loans they took out for me to go to school. Now a year later I'm in the same spot I was in last year, still thinking the Air Force might be the best but most difficult decision. My parents just recently moved in my niece and nephew to assume financial responsibility for them, So i feel it is time for me to be able to take full financial responsibility for myself. I have been looking for a job, but it is hard to find one without a degree that would allow me time for school, and cover all expenses. I do want my degree.. any suggestions? besides get off your butt and stuff like that.

Although she is a citizen, for some reason she worked under a flase social. And showed a old i.d card from when she was in a different state as identification. When she was working at ruby tuesday's the third month she received a letter from the social security office asking her to correct the information and that it does not match the records. and if not then emplyer's action would be termination. So i think she quit at that time, she did not want to give out her real social, because for some random reason, i think she was taking wellfare benifits and had a mental 12 month disability form from a psych. I know she has some mental illness, more severe than depression. Now she is being paranoid and wants to know what other problems could she have fallen into? since i think it is considered a crime! If she does it again?what will happen? and will the wellfare find out about this? even though there is no proof it really is her? since they i.d card is very old and social is wrong? Thanks!

Here's the shortest version: My sister got divorced from her loser husband. A judgment was made in the divorce that once the youngest child turns 18 she must give my ex brother in law $20k roughly for the house they lived in together. She still lives in the house and her youngest won't be 18 for another year. Over the summer, my sister took out a home equity loan, my ex brother in law ran her (my sisters) credit report, found out she took out this home equity loan and wants his money now. Remember, their has already been a judgment in the courts that said he gets it when the youngest turns 18. There is still roughly 50k equity in the property and he is only entitled to 20k. Obviously, my sister is upset thinking she will lose the house or have to pay him now instead of when the judge ordered. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. BTW , she lives in Michigan. He has an attorney. (He doesn't have a job, but he has an attorney!) Can he sue and what are the chances he'll win?

From Wolf's article: "To judge from firsthand documents obtained by the ACLU through a FOIA lawsuit, we can guess what is probably on the missing CIA interrogation tapes -- as well as understand why those implicated are spinning so hard to pretend the tapes do not document a series of evident crimes. According to the little-noticed but extraordinarily important book 'Administration of Torture: A Documentary Record from Washington to Abu Ghraib and Beyond' (Jameel Jaffer and Amrit Singh, Columbia University Press, New York 2007), which presents dozens of original formerly secret documents - FBI emails and memos, letters and interrogator "wish lists," raw proof of the systemic illegal torture of detainees in various US-held prisons -- the typical "harsh interrogation" of a suspect in US custody reads like an account of abuses in archives at Yad Vashem."

Be careful, torture is documented in this link: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/naomi-wolf/what-is-probably-in-the-m_b_76708.html

"Here’s another disturbingly insane clip from Hamas’ Al Aqsa TV, in which Hamas goon Member of Parliament Ahmad Abu Halabiya explains that the Jews are using artificial earthquakes to destroy the Al Aqsa Mosque. It’s not impossible, right? (Courtesy of MEMRI TV.)"

It seems the Jews have created a new weapon for their plan to establish a new world order. What will those pesky Jews think up next? Surely the great intellects that discovered this truth will prepare us for the worst.

A prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our government was founded.

Prohibition goes beyond the bounds of reason in that it attempts to control a man's appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes.
