Well it is a problem and "whiteys" founded this country. There are few (or none whatsoever) good things illegals bring to this country. They only break the law. Now how to fix it?

I would immediately put a hold on any visa's for a period of time.
I would finish building the fence.
I would then bring our troops home to guard both the north and south borders.
I would heavily fine employers that hire illegals and limit their ability to do business until they cleaned up their act.
I would offer great tax incentives to employers that play by the rules.
I would require immigrants living and working in America to speak English on the job. What they choose to speak away from their jobs is their own business.
I would give ICE and our border patrol the tools necessary to do their jobs

1.Enforce the law.

Allowing illegals into the country is akin to allowing all criminals out of jail.

2. Prosecute any and all who hire illegals, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
I don't care if you are a small business or a farm or a large construction company, if you hire an illegal you need to be thrown under the jail.

3. Make English the official language.

4. Abolish the minimum wage. If someone is willing to come into this country LEGALLY and are willing to work for nothing then let them.

5. Make it illegal for anyone to rent or sell property to an illegal. Although this is redundant because if you are here illegaly then anything you do while here is illegal.

There is the only way with many steps to solve the problem.
1- Put up the fence that was passed into law.
Of course you would have to have congress pull and cancel the second bill they passed that same night to cancel the fence bill they passed earlier.
2- Illegal’s are already here so give them one chance to come forth and give their name and family names including children and name all their places of employment and the false Social Security # they used, and fine the crap out the companies that hired them and find out how much they earned and collect the back taxes from both the employer and the illegal.
3- Give them their Green card to work and the promise of citizenship in 10 years if and only if they or any member of their family do not break the laws and they can not sponsor any other family members other than mother or father during this 10 year period. If they break the laws the whole family is sent back to the country they came from or one other alternate country. I am not talking about speeding tickets but I am talking about the rest of the laws including drivers license and auto insurance, that is a must.
4- They can not become a burden on our society until they become citizens. I am talking about our Social Security and our Medicare programs, we put the money in for ourselves and other Americans that need help, we can not afford to help everyone we just can not afford it, that is just a basic economic fact.
5- Those who do not come forth and the ones who come in illegally after the fence is built must be deported as fast as possible. They must be able to prove that they have worked for at least one year to qualify for amnesty.
We as Americans must understand that millions of people from many parts of the world want to come America and that’s great as long as the correct laws are followed to get here.
I wish they would just go back to their countries and fight and remove their government and then apply to become another U.S. state, then we know they are ready to become one of us. I know that’s a big if, but I will always have hope.
This is just a basic outline there are many other steps that are in-between or missing info but it gives a starting point and it is more than fair.

I'd IMMEDIATELY go after anyone hiring an illegal.
I would fine them and if they commit a second offense I'd add a jail sentence.
Those deliberately bringing them into the country would get a jail sentence IMMEDIATELY. Also those hiring large numbers of illegals.
I would also establish a workable method of controlling LEGAL migrant workers so they can legally work here in an orderly and controlled manner.
The job for them would dry up and they would find their own way home at no expense to citizens or to those who are here legally.
Eisenhower did that and it worked very well.

Enforcing ALL of our immigration laws to the full extend of the law. Making sure illegal employers AND illegal employees see jail time and hefty fines with deportation to follow for the aliens. Start treating illegal entries as the federal felonies that they are rather than only attaching nominal penalties.

My proposal is this: Build a real fence, or, find some border solution, because anything we do is just moot without it.

Secondly, take any undocumented that is currently in prison or jail and boot them to the other side of the fence. I would offer "rewards" for other undocumenteds that are criminals and when they are found, I would boot them out.

Next, I would ask that any undocumented that want to be allowed to stay here be able to prove that they are of sound moral character (no crimes), that they can economically sustain themselves (no public assistance) and that they want to integrate into society (taking English classes, etc). If they meet these criteria, they can be allowed a work visa- but not citizenship. With the work visa they can pay into taxes.

Lastly, I would make it impossible for any non-citizen to receive public assistance of any sort (except in emergency).

That would cure the issue without ripping daddies away from unsuspecting children (so to speak). But, until the wall is built, it is like pouring water through a strainer.... No point.

keep doing what we're doing right now so far it's working! random raids anytime anyplace, finish the fence, arrest and heavily fine employers, keep our politicians in line by letting them know they'll be out of a job if they support anything that remotely looks like amnesty, back no match legislation, continue expansion of training jailers and police officers so all have the ability to check immigration status, continue processing illegal immigrants for illegal entry to the U.S. at the border and deporting them. immigration moratorium to straighten up illegal immigration debacle.

Fine and jail those who hire the illegals Deport the illegals the first time they are caught, than one year in jail for each time they are caught. No amnesty, but let the illegal register then self deport, and then set up a worker program that allows those who leave on their own a chance for a job later

Impose heavy fines on the companies that knowingly hire them or do not conduct appropriate SSN checks for new hires. Serious fines means companies will start doing the right thing and STOP hiring illegals. No jobs means no reason to cross the border anymore.

For one make this an english speaking country and do away with spanish all together and everything will be in english. No ID cards of any sort and you must speak english to get work. No education, no welfare, no disability, and do away with the person born here automatically are citizens. They are going to rip us off of all our social security and make havoc of our health and welfare. They are comfortable here because we give them what they need to survive. Thanks to Bill Clinton who passed NAFTA which only started the flood gates of illegals into this country and making every tax payer pay for what they get. Now you have all senators and congressmen/congresswomen that are of spanish decent siding with them and not representing us americans as they should so I say vote them out and all that cater to help illegals gain american freedom. Lets close the borders on both sides and keep america america. Every where you go in public they speak spanish and wear mexican flags just to spite every american. I agree with more and more vote independent so you get more for your vote. I say enough of the Clinton's and the Bush's ruining our country and all the do good'ers that are of faith. I love this country and enlisted during Viet Nam and to see others get it and not our veterans who deserve it more. Huckleberry there is a man of faith that wants you to lag behind and others get it but don't deserve it. Vote fpr Ron Paul, Joe Biden, or Christopher Dodd. Keep Hilary out and all her baggage.
