i am a jordainan living is saudi arabia and like to get avisa to visit west bank

Well, you certainly won't be able to get one while you're in Saudi Arabia. You could apply once you get back to Jordan, since Jordan and Israel have official relations. However, if you had an Israeli visa or stamp in your passport, you'd probably have serious problems trying to get back to Saudi Arabia.

Apply for a visa at the embassy of Israel in Saudi Arabia.

there is removable stamps for the countries. check the rules over there for what is current. used to be that you were not allowed to enter Israel if you had been stamped from an Arabic country within 30 days and vise verse ? each country gave a removable stamps on entry and exit. you removed it from your passport when you showed up in the new country. check and see what the current process is.
