yes 16 to 18 months.....average

you pay more $ for an I-129......they process it faster

You need to call them for the last one, as I don't know what you have filed for.

The English on the USCIS website is not college level, it's high school level.
Your question does not say what immigration benefits you have filed for or under what circumstances. You need to be more specific, say what forms you filed and why and someone here will be able to help.
An I-129 is filed by a USC before an alien relative can file a visa application.

The waiting period of your application is 16 to 18 months.

1-29 is a method of expediting the processing time but it requires additonal fee.
