You will ALWAYS be a US citizen, which means that because you are a citizen, you WILL be required to pay taxes to USA when you start working. That is USA law.
And if you try to renounce your citizenship just to avoid paying taxes, you will be denied, possibly jailed, and then be forced to continue paying taxes. USA is a very greedy country.
I dont think the dual or three citizenships is a problem. I think you can have as many citizenships that you are legally entitled to.
Just remember that if you do visit USA, you MUST present a USA passport to the immigrations dept when you arrive. If you use any other passport, you may be deported, because as an american citizen, you are REQUIRED to present only an american passport at the border. Thats part of the USA does not legally recognize dual citizenship, but they do not arrest people with dual citizenship either - unless they use the wrong passport.

Once you have US citizenship, the only way to lose it is to actually denounce it by appearing in person before an immigration officer. Unless you did that, you are still a US citizen.

If you have an American birth certificate then you are an American citizen. When you are an adult you should be able to get a US passport and come to America any time you like. To get your passport contact your local US Embassy. You will not be able to bring other relatives here until you have lived in America for a while.

If you have US citizenship, you must take active measures to actually relinquish it -- specifically, by appearing before a consular officer in the US embassy in another country and signing a paper, giving up your citizenship.
If you never did that, you are still a US citizen.

Hahaha, once you get it, you can't get rid of it so easily. Yes, you are and probably always will be a US citizen. The only way to loose your citizenship is to get 2 other citizenships. A person can only have 2 citizenships, (dual ctizenship), if you have 3 you have to resign from one. In your case- American.

ask your question at the nearest US consulate or embassy.
if you're under 18, I suspect the answer is "yes", AND you'll have to prove it to get a passport.
