I would have to guess that, that's why he is a former CIA and Marine.

One would have to ask Mister Steele that question. What I find to be most remarkable about all of these "inside job" theories is that no one putting forth this sort of drivel ever lost anyone among the 3,000+ individuals who died that day. I lost two people I knew who were on the plane which struck the Pentagon. Their mortal remains were recovered and I went to their funeral. Despite that reality, there are some deeply disturbed folks out there who believe my two friends were riding on top of a military missile that day.
I would like to meet some of this group of conspiracy theorists face to face and ask only one thing. I'd like to know how deep one's vitriolic hatred of George Walker Bush has to get to have one abandon their medication schedule.

The site you linked to is a blog, and to top that off, it's a Google blog. These have been noted compilations of false information and (in my case) misinformation. They may seem accurate but are often badly composed. The internet is often a misleading place to find information. Your best bet is your own private research rather than places like Google.

EDIT: JAY D, he was a FORMER Marine. Your whole conspiracy theory of 9-11 has nothing to do with the military at all. In your words, it's a GOVERNMANT conspiracy. And, even if it is true, the CIA is GOVERNMENT, not military. Go to the GOVERNMENT page. And no, there is NO connection.
