For background, I've never liked Michael Vick as a person or as a player.

With that said, I think the punishment of 23 months in prison for his role in dogfighting is just ridiculous! Don't get me wrong, what he did was dumb and uncalled for, but I am saddened to see such an emphasis in our society put upon that.

I think professional sports leagues have bigger problems with their stars fathering children out of wedlock, abuse of drugs, abuse of spouses, involvement in real crime rings such as gangs. Why aren't leagues and law enforcement going after these people and making examples of them for real problems that plague our society? Instead, we've got idiots protesting outside the Falcons' headquarters with their poodles demanding rights for Fluffy. Why not protest for peoples' rights?!

I think we've got our priorities all out of whack. As much as I dislike Vick, I'm sorry to see him be made an example for something so dumb.

He stop reporting after 5yrs and he didn't get into any trouble other than he got a dirty U/A and the Judge sent him back and know he has been gone for 13mo and they have it in the computer that he won't get out for another 2yrs do that seem fair when he hasn't committed any more crimes and has been a working family man being productive in society? Is there anything we can do to get him out sooner? He is on the highest level and does not get into any trouble and has a family at home that he could be taking care of not the state Can anyone who know anything about the law in Oklahoma please help? He did do 5yrs on the streets without getting into any more trouble again I say he did not catch a new case so why is it they trying to make him do the whole 10yr? Liberals can have family values too and who are Conservatives to define family values and what a family can be. Such as a gay couple raising children. What is wrong with it? It does not take a straight couple to raise a child to be a successful, kind, tolerant adult. It takes love, patience and understanding and that can come from gay and straight parents. Many Conservatives also think you must be religious to have good morals which is not true. So why do some Conservatives act like they own family values and anyone who thinks differently from them does not?

I hadn't received anything when expected, so I called to check on the status of my enrollment.About three weeks or so before this, I received a letter at my company asking for one correction on my enrollment form.I made the correction and sent it back to the insurance company. During my call to the insurance company, the rep tells me that they sent me a letter asking for another correction. I did not receive this letter and asked her to fax it to me. After receiving the fax and reveiwing it, I figured out why I didn't get it. It was sent to to the WRONG company. Not only did this letter have my full name, but also had my social on it. The next morning, I contacted the company and found out that they had much more info on me than this. HR at this company told me that she tried to correct the problem when she received my first letter, but continued to get my info. She received two COMPLETED copies of my enrollment form with all my info, VERY personal info. What should I do?
