Next time I will vote for whoever runs and is good friend with Beyonce. I don't care if he or she is Hispanic, doesn't speak a word of English wants to raise my taxes by 25% and never went past 8th grade.
Isn't this the message some Oprah followers are giving us today? only supporting Obama because miss Oprah endosed him? What if Oprah was the best at what she does but completly sucks at politics and finding the best candidate? Are you going to have another messed up election because our voting population is star struck?

I hope that there aren't enough people so easily influenced, that it would make a difference.

But I'd rather see Barack than Hillary, for three reasons:
First, Barack is only a liberal, as opposed to a socialist.
Second, he's not hard to listen to, and he's charismatic.
Third, he'll be easier for the Republicans to beat!

Vote for Rudy!

I have never understood America's attraction to Oprah or shows like hers...it's amazing it's been on so long and made her so much money...

To be honest I was not a big Obama fan before but after securing the endorsement of Oprah I am certain not to vote for him. I hope he wins Democratic nomination as it will be that much easier for Republican party nominee to beat him over the more dispicable Hillary Clinton.

i agree we are star struck, they think oh well Oprah is a good person so he will be, when in reality that isn't the case. She may seem like a good person, but everythings a tax right off, she spends 1000 dollars on eye lashes, wtf. lol waste of money b/c she doesn't have to worry bout it, so Obama might as well be the same and have no idea what money means to the average person, we aren't all lucky enough to waste money on fake eye lashes, some ppl have to go day to day, check to check. and most candidates will never know what that is like, where are all the real people, who can actually understand the average person in today's society...lol

There's no evidence that Oprah has materially boosted Obama's campaign, so I wouldn't jump the gun if I were you. So far, it's a celebrity endorsement and nothing more.
