Because he was not elected, he was SELECTED. By the Supreme Court. Impeachment implies a fair election process was held, thus making impeachment a viable legal option. The shrub was INSTALLED, twice. Therefore, the only viable option is to uproot the shrub and remove it, before the whole garden is infested.
