It would be like America was hit by a hurricane! People would be on top of their houses waiting for the government to help while people are rioting, raping, and pillaging would down below. Everyone would be high, would throw pointless rallies, blame conservatives, and do whatever else I forgot to mention... and nobody would be able to help them because the people that usually help them (conservatives) would be too busy chillin' in Canada and Mexico.
So, that's why I built myself a bombshelter.... cause as soon as Hillary becomes president, everything listed above would happen all at once.

Your question seems paradoxical. Useful regulations come from liberals, remember? If Republicans were givern free reign, we'd have an Enron-style, unregulated economy whereby everybody is fleeced into poverty.
