I have never paid any attention to him before. But I caught his address on CSPAN today, and it sickened me. If he wants to ask for an investigation, then he should have done that, and then shut up about it. As I watched him go on, and on, and on, it was crazy. Thus, this is a totally serious question. Does he always whine like that? It was disgusting to sit there and watch him put my country down as he did. And to think, people actually had to elect such a tool. He reminds me of the creepy lawyers who do commercials and chase ambulances all day long. In my opinion his is not sincere in his "concern" over a coverup of some kind. However, his agenda is as clear as glass. What do you think?

no hate, just opinions. iraq ws a soverign nation just minding its own business and MEXICO is outwardly flipping the USA the middle finger and they have been for decades......it would seem out leadership was a real agenda...and they want mexico as a friend, without changing anything. these flimsy border fixes arent working, it will probably lead us into another fruitless war, since america cant fight a war without the world crying about.

I don't want to go to Iraq but as a very patriotic American I'd like to do my part by becoming an official torturer/water-boarder of the US Govt.

Vets & Active Duty, Served 12 yrs, medically retired Oct '06. Been over a year & still feel uncomfortable in the civillian world. I feel like everybody thinks, speaks, act, etc differently. Civillians drive me crazy, I don't understand their ways, yet I'm in my own country, one that I defended, I can't land a job, don't fit in socially, you name it. From the outside I look like a well adjusted guy, I'm a 31 yr old educated, articulate, good all-american christian, yet I feel like an alien, only people I seem to feel comfortable around is my wife & vets, I could go on about this for days, I don't understand the world I live in, I feel like civilllians are nothing but a bunch of idiots, I know their not but it seems like I can't go a day without wanting to snap, I accomplished so much in my 12 yrs of service yet it doesn't really matter to civillians? Love to listen to their problems about work, ever have to work where you get shot at? why don't you try working under those conditions?

A couple of weeks ago when I went on YA! someone posted a link to a game, and they said that it was about the end of the world and how you try to survive. I thought it might be like the movie "28 Weeks Later" where you try to kill zombies or something. I unknowingly made a account and what you have to do to survive it join gangs, tell the gangs why you should be allowed to join, and it also had parts where you sell drugs, pitpocket, mug people, buy ski masks for bank robberies, and assissanate a polititions, assissanate a teacher, sell porn too, and the more of all of that you do the better your score! No wonder kids my age are so screwed up! They do this online and think they can get away with it in real life. This is a truly evil game. Do you think that I should report it to the F.B.I.,? And if I did do you think that they would they take it seriously?

This is not a question from a Democrat, nor one that is meant to insult your ideology. But I am honestly curious: this is a President who has manipulated facts (if not actually lied) concerning the war on terrorism, has raised executive privilege to a ridiculous degree, and has blithely ignored or threatened moderates in his own party (not to mention the Democrats).

So I ask you honestly: how far would Mr. Bush have to go before you uttered a single critical word?

Serious answers only, please.

Thanks.

Soon the U.S. Supreme Court will consider whether the District of Columbia’s bans on possession of handguns, even in the home, and on having long guns functional for self defense violate the Constitution.

As the Court sees it in D.C. v. Heller, the issue is whether those bans “violate the Second Amendment rights of individuals who are not affiliated with any state-regulated militia, but who wish to keep handguns and other firearms for private use in their homes.” The federal appeals court for D.C. held that it did.
