If people can't be bothered to take an interest in who leads this country, then I don't want them voting.

My cousins in Europe say Americans are the most entertained and least informed people they know. I think many people don't care to be informed and that's way we are in such a sad state, there will be no change unless people are willing to vote out all the crooks at every election until things improve.

A sad thought with a bit of truth...I hold hope that we are better than that, as this is an important election, and "Idol" is
only barely entertainment...

american idol voters can vote up to ten times and any age. i guess someone made a little funny there, but you just cant compare.
although many dems have voted while dead , so maybe there s hope
