I thought their was some law now because of all the broken windshields. Is this true? I live in WA and I saw on the back of one of those dump trucks a bumper sticker saying they do not pay for broken windshields. I wonder if the driver put that on and its just bs. Does anyone know anything about an actual law? please include sources...thank youuuu

Everyone in the whole world knows there were never any WMD's and knows this is an illegal war yet congress does nothing. When the oil companies boast PROFITs in the 10's of millions and it is price gouging why does congress do nothing?
Please bear in mind that congress has the obligation to keep the president in line or get impeachments going. These are the same senators that want to run the country. Do nothings want the most important job in the USA.......

Our local radio station announced this morning, “NY is to be the first state to have a universal heath care plan that will cover everyone and current tax payers will experience the largest tax increase in American history to pay for it.”

Does this reek “Whitewater” to anyone else? Families that have owned land for generations will be heavily taxed, possibly loosing their “prime farmland” because of unaffordable taxes, unlikely anyone will want to buy it for its value and some will foreclose- and low and behold, large political donors will be able to buy prime farmland cheap to set up companies that will not have to pay for employees health benefits (the only state in the USA). And who comes out looking like peach until its affects become apparent? And who will all fingers point to when this happens to protect the creator of this scam?

CNN's Republican debate on November 28 opened with a full 35 minutes of the debate devoted to the issue of immigration. Washington Post columnist David Broder (11/15/07) recently referred to "illegal immigration" as one of two major "icebergs ahead for the Democrats" in the upcoming presidential race (ex-President Bill Clinton being the other one).

When asked to name their top priorities, the Iraq War still tops the list of issues for both Democrats and Republicans. "It's raised twice as often as the next-ranking issue, the economy," according to a recent USA Today/Gallup poll (11/30/07-12/1/07).

[1] Bush controls the Justice Department.
[2] Bush planned 9/11.
[3] Bush stole two elections.
[4] Bush went AWOL.
[5] Bush is guilty of a crime...just you wait and see.

Lets have a vote. Personally I think the 'planned 9/11' is always good for a laugh.

By the way, someone in here thinks that if you dont trust someone, youre racist towards them as well. So apparently if you dont trust President Bush, youre a racist towards him as well. Brilliant huh?

Election after election I hear Republican candidates say they are pro-life.. And I talk to "christians" who say they'll only vote for a candidate who is pro-life..

But what have they done? They always talk about the issue and make it "mainstream". But I'm wondering why, after so many republican presidents... People still listen and continue to vote on it?

Should it even be an issue anymore?

Same goes for illegals and spending.. illegals still come and the debt rises anytime a republican gets onto the whitehouse..

At what point is it appropriate to beat the living crap out of somebody who has been giving you grief the majority of your school life? I dont mean ethically or morally, but legally. Can somebody sue me if I, lets say for example, knock out a few of their teeth, EVEN if they hit me first (and I have witnesses). In other words, what does the law consider appropriate self defence, and am I liable if I seriously hurt someone who regularly, though minorly, (tries to) hurt me?
