UN Resolution 1441 specifically stated:
That Iraq was in material breach of the ceasefire terms presented under the terms of Resolution 687. Iraq's breaches related not only to Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs), but also the known construction of prohibited types of missiles, the purchase and import of prohibited armaments, and the continuing refusal of Iraq to compensate Kuwait for the widespread looting conducted by its troops in 1991.
So theres the reason the invasion of Iraq happened. Not just WMD's. That was just 1 of many reasons why Iraq was invaded & bush did not lie it was either miss information or it might be the fact that we stated months before hand we are sending UN inspectors to find these WMD's & that is plenty of time to hual them out the country.
Saddam & all his top officails were exacuted by his own for war crimes & crimes against humanity, so were as Bush had one possible missinformation in invasion their was still many other reasons that had been brewing since the first gulf war that brought this invasion. America nor Bush has made any war crimes, yes there have been some soldiers that made mistaks but they were dealt with once they were discovered or caught. This is also not BS, to even say that is saying the near 4000 troops that have died in this conflict died for a BS cause when you know nothing about this war except what you read in a paper or watch on the TV. This was an invasion to oust Saddam & install a new better government for Iraq, & to leave now after all the work that has been done would be a waste of time.

That would depend on the elements of a "war crime," which neither you nor I know off hand. No one should ever be charged with a crime unless it is reasonably certain that all of the elements of the crime can be proven. That said, I am more than certain that "starting a bullshit war" is not one of the elements of war crimes.
I think what you're asking is who would like to see Dubya held accountable for his actions in some way, shape or form. I would.

If it is your memory, then that's defective. the first source lower than is a link to the textual content of the Congressional Authorization for Offensive military Operations adverse to Iraq. It became enacted into regulation in October of 2002. Operation Iraqi Freedom did not initiate till March 19, 2003. the 2d source is a link to the textual content of the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998. most of the justifications calling for the liberation of that u . s . a . are repeated contained in the Congressional Authorization of 2002.

Should he? Yes. But Johnson never had to answer for the Gulf of Tonkin lie. He walked even though he got us into the quagmire of Vietnam. Bush and his cabal have been much more aggressive liars, but that may count for nothing. It is a shame how American justice protects the strong and wealthy.
But I take comfort in the fact that Johnson lost his mind towards the end.
I also think it is a strange coincidence that they are both from Texas.

You need to look up War Crimes definition. And your electoral process re-elected him in the middle of that war.

No quicker than all of the people that fell for the same stuff he did. They all saw the same stuff. They all voted for it, not everyone did. But if GWB is such an idiot, how did he get so many people to fall for it. What else do you got.

If you want to charge him, you'd better plan on going after every single member of Congress that backed him, too.

NO,
He did the right thing, People come over here attack our country and you expect us to sit back and do nothing. Our men and women are over there fighting for your freedom to write this crap...
Two of my kids are in the military and will be heading over there next year to fight for your freedom... I spent a year over in the gulf during Desert Storm to fight for your freedom and the right for you to say this crap...
We the United States can't sit back and watch these Idiots attack us and do nothing. Where would we be if we did that?
Instead of bashing Bush, support our troops...
