I was arrested, fingerprinted, and mug-shotted earlier this year in Sidney, MT, and I live in Wolf Point, MT. I always see celebrities mug shots everywhere and I was wondering how I could get a copy of my own mug shot?

I assume thats Montana, first you go to the county you were arrested in. then go to their main municipal county courthouse, thats where they keep the records.
Then you go to the clerk of the circuit court records department you give them the case number and twenty dollars or whatever they charge.

Go to the precinct where your mug shot was taken and ask for a copy of it.

I'm a little disturbed by the fact you would want a copy of something like that. Are you proud of it? You won't be able to get a copy of it without a court order. It's police dept. property. And I don't think a judge would find it amusing if you asked him to have the police release the mugshot for curiosity reasons.
