Either your more secretive state department of motor vehicles, the Secret Service Administration, a.k.a. Social Security Administration or a telephone operator/technician! Merry torturing season! Oh, one more option, namely, they do a pretty good job of personality alterations in American psychiatric hospitals, somewhat along the lines of Russian-style de-personalization! Happy Christmas!

Just get a job in Bush's administration. The punishment for such behavior should be reciprocal torture. I say Bush should take a waterboard ride. And you should take one before you take your new job.
