My work has a probation period of 3 months in the handbook, and I read that after a probation period you start accumulating holiday pay. Ive worked there for 9 months but the owner is saying that you have to work there for a year before youre entitled to start recieving holiday pay. My manager disagrees and also thinks its 3 months.

Ive read everything online but cant remember coming across anything that says how long you have to be working for an employer before you can take a holiday.

Accdg to Wikpedia, on November 29, 2007, the senator walked out of his own trial and again seige another hotel in Makati City, calling for President Arroyo's ouster. As long as evolutionism, the scientific theory generally accepted trespass the Newton's lows of motion described shortly as follows:

1). "An object will stay at rest or continue at a constant velocity unless acted upon by an external unbalanced force"
2). "The force on an object is equal to it's mass multiplied by it's acceleration"
3). "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction".

do you think that someone in the court will believe that
presuming the above lows are universally true and unchangeable then it means something had to give universe the first push. Otherwise, it can be proven that a killing object may move without being act upon by an external force just like it did before, therefore, any suspect may not be condemned unless caught in action.

I know a polish guy who received a £2000 grant to buy a car to get him to work. I have worked all my life in u.k.and dont qualify for anything like this. And why do they get family allowance paid to their wives who are still living in their own country. Does anyone think rules like these are causing resentment against these people.

Is this a monopoly? Another, cheaper and comparatively similar cable service is available, however, they are not allowed to provide service to the building.

I just don't understand how the owners of our building could force its tenants to use only one service when there are others available and more economic.

How is this legal. It was nowhere in the lease that we would not be able to use a different cable service.

Please help.

both NIE and Bush are like brothers and both knew for a long time now that Iran isn't trying to develop nuclear weapons and NIE report comes out at a time that it was only a matter of time for it to get confirmed by the world. NIE had to save face by using Bush who had nothing more to loose! why did it take so long for NIE to come out and at least say there isn't yet any evidences....?
