Country with strongest military force, in destructive ability, that ever existed gets hit by four planes that destroy two out of date buildings, damage one; mess up one field kill three thousands people, and some of our basic civil rights get tossed that survived fifty years of cold war. How did it happen?

Simple, they're human and not invincible like they wanted everyone to think.
If they were perfect they would have a better watch on things and not spend their time fighting with each other over the pettiest things in life.

How can you blame the military for this? What do you want now? The Military to stand guard at all airport entrance gates? Two out of date buildings? and mess up a field? whats wrong with you head? Did you want the military to shoot down passenger planes??? or maybe shoot the passengers that they deem a possible threat as they board the plane? We got caught with our pants down plain and simple, but what would you or could you have done to stop this?
