Yes he did at the LOGO debate (I am sure there is footage of it on youtube somewhere). He went on and on for about 10 minutes discussing it as well and why he thinks that (under some heavy attacks and obvious hostility of that position for gays and lesbians asking him the question).
Immediately after the debate however his campaign released a statement that he does not believe that.
So what he believes we do not really know?! LOL.
That he isn't very bright however has been confirmed.

Bill Richardson must have been busy doing more pandering to the illegal aliens. He just loves them! Actually, I think he should be like the Pied Piper and have them all follow him back to Mexico. He should work for Mexicans there since he is so proud of his Mexican heritage that he has to bring up ever time he talks!

Bill Richardson will say anything he needs to say to get some votes. I guess it depends where he is when he opens his mouth.

Yes, he did.
I don't know why politicians can't simply say "I don't know".
Or "I haven't thoroughly studied the issue".
Or any answer that indicates they they aren't shooting from the hip, which usually results in them shooting themselves in the foot.
Now I know Americans, born and bred in the culture of instant gratification and 15 second sound bites expect instant answers. But I think any reasonable person understands that another reasonable person wouldn't answer a question without all the facts. Except, of course, on Y!A ;-)
