In CoD4 both SAS and USMC Force Recon said this.

Is this a term used in the military? I'm guessing it means "Stay Alert"

I was watching Huckabee respond to the question as to why he raised taxes in AK, after Fred Thompson's video. WHILE he was responding, something I never saw before came up (and I'm not watching it now), something from COMCAST "NEWSMAKERS" talking about the VA. WHY DID THEY CUT HUCKABEE OFF? I get mad when stupid stuff happens to Ron Paul, but I'm also mad that they can't just play CNN FEEDS AS THEY SHOULD. SOMEONE TELL ME WHATS GOING ON.

PS: I'm yelling because I'm mad as hell! Anyone else have this happen in their area?

Not really a question, more like a blog I guess.
I'm just watching this Republican debate, and the audience is contradicting themselves in their applause.

We clap, we boo (out loud or in our heads)
and we will vote. Mostly I'm addressing this to the voters by which their president would be elected.

In closing, I hope all of you don't vote based on Democrat or Republican or whatever.
As one person put it, "Anyone who votes on something without thinking about it or getting the facts, and just because you think you belong to a certain group, that person is an idiot"

Make a smart, personal decision everyone! While it's just one vote you cast, it makes a difference - if no one voted, then it wouldn't work you know.

- sorry if this question makes no sense, but I just wanted to say everything after "in closing" :)

I think he should enter dancing with the stars competition. I know that he probably does not have any rythem, but he can't do worst than fellow Republican Marie Osmond.

The bi-partisan SAVE Act (H.R. 4088) with 112 co-sponsors in the House is enjoying so much broad bipartisan support, that House Speaker Pelosi may feel pressured enough to allow it to come to a vote after Congress returns in January. With a similar version just introduced in the Senate, this bill to severely limit illegal immigration may be Congress's best chance to achieve substantial immigration reform with this Congress. The link to the bill is below, please read it before commenting so you can at least form an intelligent response.

or was hillary the only one of the two indicted for swindeling hundreds of Americans out of millions of dollars they had in their retirement accounts, ultimately destroying hard working American lives for liberal gain?

Do they only find out if you get into trouble while in the other state? In other words, can you just take your chances of traveling without permission?

All of my life, I have met nothing but A**hole police officers. Why is that? Is it just a power complex, or being given too much freedom and they just run with it? Or are people who are drawn to LE just naturally flawed and have no life?

Please discuss, I really am curious.

Think seriously about this, because if you look in history, George Bush isn't all that bad of a guy (but I guess that's just my opinion).

I think Andrew Jackson was the worst:
- He stole from the government's federal reserve
- He began the trail of tears
- He caused thousands of Indians to die
- He betrayed those who voted for him
- He used military force against protests
- He took Florida from the Spanish by force

- Ronald Reagan isn't that far behind Andrew Jackson, and Richard Nixon and George Bush are pretty close.

This occurs every Sunday... and I just read in a high school level law book that in different cases the Supreme Court has ruled it "unconstitutional for religious activities to take place in public funded places."

After all, does this not violate the Establishment Clause of the 1st Amendment?
