He has apparently forgot quite a bit. It was his policy in 1998 for the removal of Saddam. How did he hope to accomplish that? Send Saddam a plane ticket? Clinton is still a lying hypocrite.

The only people who haven't completely dismissed this guy as a sociopathic liar are the members of his Clintonista cult. He has insulted the American people's intelligence since day one with his lies, swaying with his perception of the polls, telling us NAFTA was a good thing for America, arguing over the meaning of 'is', saying he didn't have sexual relations with that woman, taking bribes from China in return for military secrets.....
And his wife is even worse.
