WHY even risk it???

Know for sure. Stay away from him until you DO know. Because when he is involved in his drug dealing, he will take you down with him. Doesn't sound like a very caring boyfriend does it?

Definitley you could be guilty by association. Check the laws in your county and state. There are laws already in place that can prosecute a person for "knowing" of the criminal activity. I promise you that you do NOT have to have possession of the weed to get in trouble. You can be prosecuted and found guilty just for being there with him. It just depends on the state and county you are in. TRUST ME. I don't know the details as to how it could affect your situation, but obviously you are CONCERNED and you should be.

As hard as it may be, you should stay away from him in those situations where you may think you're just "watching" what's happening, when in fact HE is putting you at risk to get arrested with him. I'd really, really, reeeeeally reconsider whether this guy is the kind of boyfriend that is going to love, and protect you. This just may be your warning sign. It may be time for you to be single again so that you can get your head together. Sounds like he is BIG TROUBLE if you ask me. Hope it all works out for you.

As long as you do not have any weed in your possession, you are okay. You can say that you didn't know there was weed in the car. However, your bf would have to admit that it was his weed. It also depends whose car your in. If you're in his car, what's in his car is his responsibility unless someone else claims the drugs as theirs. Same thing if you're in your car.

I also think it depends on the state. Each state has different laws. You should go on-line and look up the drug laws for your state. Some states even allow you to carry a certain amount of weed without being arrested.

No. Under arguably almost every state's set of drug-related laws, you would not be in trouble.

Unless you are physically involved in the possession of the drugs (such as allowing him to store it in your car for any length of time) or involved in the sale of the drugs (such as doing something as simply handing the drugs out a car window or holding his drug money, then you will not be in trouble.

If you do one of the aforementioned activities, there is a strong likelihood that charges could be filed against you.

Make sure he doesnt put any of it in your bags/purses. And if you are ever pulled over, say that you did not know he had the weed on him. And make sure he tells them that he didnt tell you. But if your boyfriend knows how to handle himself if he is ever pulled over, you should be fine anyway. Also make sure you arent driving. You will get "Transportation of controlled substance" if your driving whether you knew or not.

Criminal Conspiricy, Organized Crime and Possession with Intent to Distribute.
You know it's happening and you don't do anything to get away, you're as guilty as he is.

Absolutely, if you are with him and he is arrested for it, you will be arrested as well, since you were with him and knew he was doing it, and remained there, they are going to treat you like you were selling yourself.

You gotta ask yourself WTF am I doing with a guy who takes me on drug transactions?
I dont care what he does but if you gotta ask a dumbass questions about legality of action and association then I think its time to get a different association with less legal risk.IMHO

If you get popped and charges are filed they will be with you long after he is gone - it will change your life completely.

Hellz Yeah! My advice is to stay totally away from him when he does it. I think you should dump the crack-pushing bum, anyway!
