That can't be changed. And if the Massachusetts people want to do something about it, they can vote him out.

Waterboarding, on the other hand, is going on now and CAN be changed.

Obviously we aren't doing enough, but it seems many localities around the US are deporting illegals, punishing landlords and businesses, and doing other things. Do you believe its working? Do you think that border enforcement is beginning to work as well? Do you think it will continue or not continue to get together?

White people always blaming something or someone else for their mistakes or their misfortunes. So let's get it right.
Is not the base ball bat but the player that gets recognition.
Its not the gun but the criminal that goes to jail.
Its not the illegal that breaks the law but the EMPLOYERS.
ITS NOT THE NOOSE BUT THE WHITE MAN THAT HUNG THOSE INNOCENT PEOPLE.

if you were having a private conversation with your son and unknown to you he was taperecording you saying things that others would find offensive, and the little rat aired that on the internet to make a fool of you cause he probably was trying to blackmail you and it did not work--who do you think is the bigger criminal??? i think Duanes son is a coward and a loser to turn on his own father like this!!!!he probably uses those same words himself but is all self righteous because he is dating a black girl! why to make his family angry?what Duane said was said in a private conversation and was not an attack on any race or people, rude yes worthy of a lawsuit and this media exposure ---NO! his son must have no real talent and is exploiting this for his 15 minutes of fame!!!! how sad?where are Duanes rights to privacy?or is it so easy to condemn a white man if he uses certain words even in a private telephone conversation which was illegaly recorded??? not admissable in any court of law!

How can Edward Kennedy even be allowed to ask questions on this topic? For that matter how is he still a US Senator?

Each state could then determine if it would allow abortion to be legal. Is this correct?

While I was in the military, especially while I was in Basic Training, I remember FIGHTING for our CONSTITUTION and NOT any one President.

People need to wake up before we no longer have a Constitution, and anyone who is part of the Council of Foreign Relations (The majority of presidential candidates) believe in destroying it by backing NAFTA, CAFTA, the SPP and ultimately creating the North American Union.

Given that a libertarian is one who upholds the principles of individual liberty and limited government, can one claim to be a libertarian and oppose women's right to choose?

I notice every election pro lifers rally around the republicans but once elected, they back off.

As I understand it, the president has the power to appoint more justices to the court. Why have a nine justice court? Why not 11? or 13? That could shift the court in another direction. Why don't pro lifers insist on this?

I hear them talk about how each election will change the court forever, didn't Lincoln and FDR appoint more justices to get their way?

Ok so 3 days ago me and a buddy were at a party and from what i'm told we got in a fight so we left. On the way home he ran off into a ditch and totaled his car[yes he had a little to drink] but anyways the cops come. Before we went to the party i had 1 drink and i'm pretty sure i didnt have any there since we were in a fight right when we got there, but the cop charged me with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct because i had an attitude because i asked "wait what happend" every couple minutes or so and after awhile they stopped telling me and assumed i was just wasted and couldnt remember but my buddy said i asked them to give me a breathlizer and they said "we already know your drunk and dont need one of those". Next day i went to the doctor cause i had a really bad head ache and he confirmed i had a concussion.

Can they really give me those 2 tickets just because i seemed drunk because i had a concussion?

I really don't get it. It is not doing anything for public relations, and the methods they are using (such as water-boarding) have been proven to be useless. No-one wins, not even them, why?

I am really dreading having to go to court. I will be going alone and I wouldn't put it past him to show up with his new wife. I would rather he not show up at all. Then again, he would have to travel about 3 hours and has never had anything to do with his kids.

I was 17 when I was charged with Misdemeanor Battery. I was wondering if the police report or any documents be released to anyone even though I was a juvenile? My case has been dismissed and expunged. Can someone still get a hold of a police report from back then? I was charged in 2005 and dismissed in 2006.

"There are certain American websites currently offering mouth-watering incentives to would-be buyers. "Delivery within four months", "Discounts of up to $19,000", they proclaim.

If it were cars they were selling this would not seem odd, but it's babies that are for sale – bright, smiling newborns to tempt the childless into parting with about £20,000.

There is no shame in treating babies like any other purchase in America, where the adoption industry is largely privatised and run by firms that promise to bring together pregnant women and adoptive families, deal with all the legal niceties and ensure there are no hitches along the way.

Right now, there is something of an ongoing sales push: November is National Adoption Awareness Month, which aims to get more Americans to choose adoption, both as buyers and as sellers."

I was getting my daily dose of comedy and good chuckles when I heard 'Loose-lips' O'Reilly saying this with serious conviction:
'Rosie O'Donnell's comments harm the nation.'

O'Reilly has really elevated this silly woman to a very important position with his perverted obsession with her. Who really cares what Rosie says? (Except Fox News = O'Reilly and Hannity?)
Oh well, I suppose he has to say things like this to stay at the top of the dung.heap, doesn't he?
