The Cold War nearly destroyed the entire human race, it created an environment where fear was a part of everyone's daily life.

I was just a baby in the 50s. Everything was great. Someone feed me. When I crapped my diaper my mom would change me if she lost the coin flip with my dad.I didn't know what the American foreign policy was.So I guess I shouldn't have answered this question. I'm sorry.

The belief that America had the answer to everyone's problems and that the rest of the world viewed freedom the same way as the did in the US.
