This issue is very controversial. What do you think about illegal immigrants in America being given amnesty? What's your reasoning for it or against it? Or, do you care? Why? Why not?

This article presents interesting points of view, and an alternative for tasering: http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,1678641,00.html?xid=feed-yahoo-full-nation

It is NOT a safe weapon, contrary to what some may say, but a "less than deadly" one.

Has tasering gone far enough among cops, to be considered in urgent need of replacement?

The 20th amendment to the US constitution says:

Section 4. The Congress may by law provide for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the House of representatives may choose a President when- ever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them, and for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the Senate may choose a Vice- President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them.

I am wondering whether or not congress has actually passed legislature to dictate what would happen in this situation.

Countries such as Cuba , Venezuela , Germany , the list goes one . These countries do not pose a threat to the US in terms of military technology , so one would imagine if the US wanted a war with them , it would be in there best interest to force the US to come to them . There they could use gurilla tactics to defeat the US , such is happening in Iraq as an example

My question - Why would the US want to invade any country , knowing most countries would use this tactic ? One would imagine the US would just bomb it from the air and not set 1 troop on the ground . Anyone agree ? Why or why not .

I mean seriously poor. No food. No clothes. Homeless. No job.

No means of getting any of these things. No charity will help them. No good Samaritan will take pity on them. No (existing) government program will give them anything. They have no recourse but to live in squalor.
