Say if this person had a speeding ticket and paid the fine. Then if a person get a ticket in the mail for running through a red light by a camera what will happen? Pay another fine, lose your license, appear in court, your license will be suspended or what next?

You will have to pay another fine or go to court to contest it. But, since they have a picture of you doing it, contesting won't do much good. Just pay it. For every moving violation you get, you get a certain number of points against you. When you reach a certain number of points your lisence will be suspended, although you are not at that level with only 2 tickets. You need to check with your state's DMV to see how many you have and how many it takes before your lisence gets suspended.

These are two separate and unrelated citations. Depending on the state involved and the time between the tickets, ANY of the options you list could be correct. If you had been ticketed by an officer for running the red light, and later received a ticket from the camera, you would be able to have one of them dismissed as a duplicate of the other.

It all depends on your state's law. I would suggest you contact your Bureua/Department of Motor Vehicles. In Indiana, if you receive two traffic (pointable) violation within a 12 month period, you are required to take a defensive driving class (about $60).

Of course, you will have to pay the fine. More than likely, you will NOT lose your license. But, it is up to the judge.

Pay another fine, and possibly get a suspension, depending on the laws of your state.
