What led to a man, supported by the vast majority of world population after 9/11, a man who got the green light to 'do the right thing' from every sane person on the planet, to being ridiculed by the same people now?

Incompetence or negligence of duty?
Or both?

I am living in Maryland and heard on the news recently that Mexico's President has declared that anywhere there is a Mexican there is Mexico. Since I know that there is at least one Mexican citizen in this state, should I ignore American laws(including taxes) and only obey Mexico's laws?

My husband has been deployed for 4 months now. This is our first deployment. I find myself gettind more and more short tempered with my children that I am with almost 24/7. They are out of sorts because their dad is gone and are acting out (they are 4 & 6). No one knows the extent of my situation. Not my friends or anyone in the neighborhood. My mother in law is no help and actually contributes to my stress. I'm at the end of my rope! I also have an 18 year old who is on my last nerve and thinks the world should revolve around HIM and I should do everything for him and give him everything because he just got "clean" and is "fragile". He uses this as an excuse when I tell him to get a job, clean his room or not talk to me the way he does. Any stress relievers out there that have worked? NO ONE is willing or has the time to even watch my kids overnight so I can have a day to myself. BTW, I also have a part-time job! HELP!!!!

Or does everyone assume that if one flies a flag, he must be a conservative?

Will my liberal friends shun me?

Can I express my love for America with a symbol and still dislike the war and George Bush?

Undisputable proof has surfaced, china town min. wage earners are maxed on political contributions. Did Hillary really believe no one would take notice? These people earn less than 20k a year and seem to be able to afford the maximum contribution. Once again by their (democrats) own actions, they have proven they don’t care what laws are broken, what lies are told, and many other despicable unlawful and unprofessional behavior… as long as democrats regain total power. They are just fine with it.

I'm currently a high school senior, and have made up my mind I want to become a helicopter pilot. I have no pilot contacts, becoming a civilian pilot right after high school is too $. So joining the military seems like a great idea. Unless I'm wrong one has to be an officer in all the branches to fly. I'd rather attend college and become an officer rather than start out enlisted. So my options have been narrowed down to the Air Force Academy or attending a college with an ROTC.
My questions...

Can I get into the Academy? And is it too focused on fixed wing aircraft? My G.PA. is around a 3.6, I'm no superstar, and one has to contact a U.S. senator. So it doesn't look too good.

Which ROTC branch is best? I'm fine with a combat role. Serving in the middle of the ocean is fine. I'd love to travel. I'd be willing to fly anything but a Chinook. I'm working into getting into shape but the Marines might be too hard. I have little knowledge of the Coast Guard. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I don't know who won this one, Here's my take on it.... Giuliani was stumbling and slurring over his words, telling lies, trying to defend his pro choice, Thompson, slow, sharp, and but strong, stronger than Giuliani. McCain looks like the only person that was truthful. Congressman Paul they didnt let speak much, Huckabee seemed the best, the most presidential, like an honest person. Romney seemed liked he was trying to look the best, and put a spin on everything...while Giuliani loses his frontrunner status, Romney holds his strong, or pretends too.

I work at a major electronics store. I'm not going to say what company but anyway, Their policy is not to hire anybody under 16. I lied when I applied I said I was 16. solely because I wanted to work because I love electronics. But my work permit clearly said 15 and they missed it the first time around. They have also been working me during week days more then 3 hours, which is illegal, even if I was 16. also been working me more hours then is legally allowed for a minor per week. A half a year later, I had to renew my work permit, and just a few days ago my boss said that corperate called and found me out while looking over my new permit. He also advised me that I cant work more than 3 hours a week day. He told me to just keep working so he can figure it out. In which one of the days was a week day where I was scheduled to work more then 3 hours.

I have a problem with the way this company is run, getting swindling customers and encouraging it.

Can I sue this company?

By my cousin, for that matter. My cousin has a BAD habit of stealing and is in BIG trouble with people in our town, but the cops won't do anything with him, AT ALL. I had a friend who told me she saw him selling my iPOD for some drugs. She wasn't lying because she had never seen the ipod, and described it right on the spot to me. I am so angry and frustrated. Can I somehow call the police or put out something for a stolen object of mine? Or do I have to have some sort of proof? I don't know what to do.

Why has Labor not come up with their own policies after being in opposition for 11 years. Why, after 11 long years, do they have to copy just about all the governments policy (eg tax policy 90% the same)? What have they been doing all this time - can they not think for themselves?
