Dad and I were in court this past summer because he filed a false abuse report against me with DHS. Anyway none of his allegations were ever proven (because he lied) and the judge ordered that we share legal & physical custody. The judge asked if we could work out the transfers and left it up to us. Dad at this point refuses to even talk to me or be civil & its assumed that I will always bring daughter to him. Last weekend I was unable to do that and he again called DHS with yet another false report. Since it was never ordered that I take daughter to him if I were to stop in light of his latest actions could he use that against me?

the intention of finding out my Information, After she no longer worked at the bank she used that information to keep my Mother from putting me on My Mother's Will after my Mother had a stroke and is not in her right mind anyways. I am wondering if the bank is libel for her actions as well as her as this was my Credit Union that I paid to be a member at. I feel very violated by this. I don't even know if I should tell other people about what happened, Because who knows the bank could turn around and sue me, for slander if it was all done in my Family, And my Mother could just say it did not happen as she protects My little Sister all the way to the bank even though she was living with me and I was the one taking care of her. My Sister took her 2 Days out of the Hospital from a stroke and had my Mother make her the power of Attorny. And left me off the Will. She had my Mother put down she only had two Daughters. And left me out as if I am not a Daughter or even exist.

Hey ya'll! i am currently 15 years old, will be 16 in june of 2008. I want to get emancipated this summer, but I am not quite sure of everything I will need to do, and I don't want my parents to know about this until it is official, so I can't ask them for help. Will they still let me be emancipated if I'm not in an abusive home? I just simply do not like my parents at ALL, and they are way to strict and refuse to let me see my boyfriend. But who do i go to, to get emancipated and like what do i tell them. will i need a lawyer, and will it cost a FORTUNE?? Because my parents wouldn't help me in any way with that. And also, I live in north carolina, will they rent apartments to a 16 year old? Me and my friend are going to rent one. Ya'lls answers would be greatly appreciated, thank you soo much!!!

Suicide rate is up 100% per year it seems and in 2006 there were 30 soldiers in Iraq which commited suicide.

The numbers in 2007 within the article were 27 and aiming to surpass last years numbers.

If anyone has any figures of how many soldier families have broken up would be appreciated.

The only possible one that I can think of is that it allows the ruling class to convince people in their nation that it would be a good idea for them to travel around the world killing people they don't know and have no grudge against, and having a chance of being killed themselves, while the rulers get to stay safe and sound at home risk free and reaping the profits of their campaigns. I can't think of a single advantage for the average citizen in this day and age. So what's the point?

My father passed away in april 2007 leaving a modest sum to my siblings and I.(zero tax band).
My solicitor has informed me of different dates throughout the investigation as to when the estate can be finalized. (from 5 weeks to 5 years!!)
There are no legal issues or contests but we seem to be no nearer finalization than 4/5 months ago.
I remember him saying that no moneys can be paid out before 6 months of the date of death,does this also work the other way? ie should the estate be finalized by the end of the 6 month period?
They are commanding a high enough fee and have fed me misinformation from the start. Are they supposed to be working for me?
