that's easy...the U.S. due to its reliance on God and its support for Israel...for once its support of Israel diminishes...so will the U.S.

USA, the World War I & II could not have been won with out our arms and technoligy.
But the world bank has more power than any nation.

well, power=United States, for reasons stated.
for influence, right now, Israel and Iran are dominating the news and the debates. most of this centers around Israel and whether it should exist...the USA's support of it, Iran wanting to nuke it...so, I would say that while the most powerful nation in the world is the USA, honorable mention, or second place, may belong to Israel. no disrespect intended to Russia, China and India...

Economically and militarily, the United States of America. Why, our economy and standard of living for its citizens is the highest in the world (Regardless of what the left will have you believe), and our Military through its ability to project its power anywhere on the globe. even the bigger military's can't compete (See China). Ask the Japanese how well we can project military might, nobody can do it like we do, nor have they ever.

Everybody is saying USA, and up to recent years I would agree with you all.
-This is because of the reasons said (WW1 and 2) Amercia uses it's leverage to "lobby" itself around the world
-I believe though that we're moving into to China era
Give It a few more years when I'll lead and IRELAND will have a say in everything!!!!!!!

Economically - US Dollar is most traded in the world.
Socially - They have a reach all over the globe
Power - More weapons then anyone.
Scientifically - They spend more money then most of the countries in research.
