Why not? Do you think the Chinese are excluded from the gamut of behaviours, including illegal campaign contributions? Why does any money of dubious origin flow? Good question. But it does, you know, regardless of whether it's a Chinaman or an English woman spending it.
Why are you so fixated on that particular ethnicity? Did you read well into his own personality, or are you just going to stop at learning he's Chinese? Is he from Shanghai or Chinatown San Fran?
Are all Americans alike? Are all Chinese alike? Do we have corrupt individuals in both races or nationalities? Well, don't we? Be honest now.

Why can't politics be at a fair level? Smearing each others reputations does not help people trusting that the government is actually there for them, it only makes people more convinced that there's an elite out there dividing the nice jobs between them and keeping everyone else down...
Politics is simply disgusting. Nowadays it isn't about the program anymore, it is simply about who has the most money. George Bush should never have been elected, in fact he's too dumb to even be a garbage-collector. Yet he's in the White House. Why? Because he basically made the most money and was best at slandering his opponents, not because he had the best plans for the US...
