My husband and I have been seperated for 4 years. If we decide to eventually divorce whose state law will take precedence? He lives (we lived together)in a community property state. I don't. Also they have vastly different alimony laws. (We have been married 30+ years)

We keep hearing the problems arising from immigration but too often we do not hear it separated into legal and the illegal immigration. There is a real difference and we should not place legal immigrants in the same category as illegal immigrants (illegal aliens). We have a true need for immigrants and we open our arms to them. We DO NOT need illegals and any effort to make those who illegally enter the United States, to provide them with employment, or any tax funded benefits should be strongly opposed by all citizens and immigrants legally here. The illegals are hurting not only the U.S. citizen but those who are here legally. Why are we not hearing any solid stand on this issue by the Presidential candidates? Are they all afraid to take an open stand and voice their real opinion on this issue? Should we not be forcing them to openly state their position before they are elected and find they have a debt to pay to the illegals?

While she is winning wide support in nationwide samples among Democrats in the race for their party’s presidential nomination, half of likely voters nationwide said they would never vote for New York Sen. Hillary Clinton, a new Zogby Interactive poll shows.

The online survey of 9,718 likely voters nationwide showed that 50% said Clinton would never get their presidential vote. This is up from 46% who said they could never vote for Clinton in a Zogby International telephone survey conducted in early March."

I do massages for man, I took a course a few months back but never finished. I post my ads online but I don't have a license.

I tell my clients the truth that I don't have a license and they still agree to the massage. But is this penalized, could I go to jail for this???

I am very clear with them. The first thing I say to them is "do you agree to the massage knowing that I don't have my license" and if they say yes, then we go on with it.

I just need to know if this is penalized in Miami, FL.

The talk show hosts and media always rant about how free America is and that Canada and the United Kingdom have socialist governments. How exactly is America freer than these countries?

The way I see it

America has freedom of speech but you have to be careful to be politcally correct and not to offend anyone. You can be charged with a hate crime otherwise. I don't think the other countries have this.

America has eminent domain laws. Big businesses can "seize" your property through the government to build their hotels and stores. I don't think the other countries have this.

In America you can bear arms and even handguns. I don't think you can buy handguns in other countries.

In America, the insurance companies have real freedom. They can choose not to insure a person with pre-existing health issues or who is deemed a risk. In Canada and UK everyone gets coverage.

In America big businesses have a lot of freedoms with few regulations. This is why we're seeing banks collapsing with t

Mohammed Ali was once the greatest boxer of the planet...but even I can kick his butt today. This is America...BULLDUNG. Even Putin is riding America because he knows and sees how much America has fallen.
