Me and my friend want to get emancipated when we turn 16. Will we be allowed to go to the SAME lawyer, at the same time, and go to court together? =)

No, each case needs to be handled separately. Your friend could go with you to court for moral support, but you have to prove that you are able to care for yourself independent of your parents, as does your friend.

Of course you can use the same lawyer, but it's not a 2-for-1 special. Unless if you're working with someone pro-bono, you will each have to pay a separate fee.

Maybe, it depends o if the paperwork goes through at the same time.
Now for what you don't care to hear. Your rebel attitude is hurting a lot of people who really do love you. If you emacipate at 16, you are burning a bridge for life with your parents and family. Grow up and wait until you are 18 before you move out on your own.

You and your friend each have a seperate case to plead to the judge. Doubtful it would be allowed to be presented at the same time.
