America is old and getting poor. The general public is deluded about America's power because they are brainwashed to believe so and yet cannot see that the US can't handle THIRD WORLD IRAQ for whatever BULL reasons they are deluded by. Mohammed Ali was once the greatest boxer of the planet...but even I can kick his butt today. This is America...BULLDUNG. Even Putin is riding America because he knows and sees how much America has fallen.

Unfortunately you are right. However the general public will think you are crazy and will just get angry if you don't act civil with your comments. They are too stupid to know the truth. The mass majority of America has been deluded by the news and other forms of media because they work all day, come home and believe what they see on tv. Thus, when you try to say something against the way things are going in the government a whole bunch of white noise will attack you from idiots in both the right and the left wing because they think they are in the right when they are just very blind to what has been going on. Why do you think these whistleblowers (ex spies,agents,etc) on scandals and much of the corrupt things the government has done gone anywhere or done anything to change things? Not only that, but they get crucified by the media, government and parts of the public. Unfortunately it has gotten to the point where the people in power have figured out how to get around votes and they think they are above the law. I could tell you way more but it would take too long. Just research it and filter out the B.S.
By the way, my father by the way worked under a millitary weapons contract to make new weapons. He is even discusted with how he, a patriot to his country, was living a lie when he made weapons. Hes discusted with how things are going and have gone and they are only getting worse if the people do not take the time to all combine and fight back in the name of what America is supposed to be. The people should shall not be ignored. As well, we are not mindless pawns to corruption. The people must rise.

Every country has its issues, but right now, the biggest thing tearing our country a part are all of the people from within that are riding the cool train on bashing their own country. Sure we can disagree, sure we can get upset with our government, sure we have the right to our opinions. But sitting and bashing it is unproductive. Energy is better spent on voting, supporting worthy candidates, being active in politics, and doing our civic duty. Those are all rights and freedoms that many other countries don't have. Just the fact that we have the power to make changes (if we choose to excercise it) makes us great. Of course America still exists. If that makes me a fool, then so be it. I'd rather be a fool than a self-defeatist.

I know that we're having trouble handling Iraq, but that's because our shrub of a President thinks we still have a chance to save the citizens and the oil, which we don't.
