No, none of these items are illegal to possess. However, if used inappropriately, you can receive a criminal charge.
You can purchase these items at most Law Enforcement Supply stores or at a gun shop. I would avoid any product with Mace in it because if you discharge it by accident in your residence or vehicle, it will seep into porous material and won't come out. (I can not tell you how many people I have seen who have left a cannister of OC on the seat of their car on a hot summer day. Just like a can of soda would do, they would burst.)

I am pretty sure that you CAN buy and carry pepperspray/mace with you, and you can buy it at alot of stores for joggers, or bikers, heck...maybe even walmart
but i dont know about stunguns
