THE ONLY REASON WE TOOK THIS PLACE IS BECOMES WE HAD NO WHERE ELSE WE WERE NEW HERE ! AND YES I WROTE HER LETTER THE FIRST WEEK WHEN WE GOT HERE ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH THE PLACE ! AFTER MONTHS WENT BY EVERYTHING SEEM TO BE OKAY ! MY HUBBY IS GOIN TO SCHOOL I'M ON SSI AND HE'S TRYING TO FIND WORK AND TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY KIDS BUT THIS LANDLORD NEW ALL OF THIS THINGS AND NEVER GAVE A CARE SO WHAT SHOULD I DO WRITE HER AGAIN AND TELL HER ABOUT HER SELF OR TAKE TO THE NEWS !

IF the apartment has violations than the landlord should fix them. If she decides to ignore your request, than call 311 and explain to them. They will submit a complaint if you live in the United States and they will pressure the landlord. Then make it public, or take it to the news like you said!

You didn't say what it is you want changed. You said "after a few months, everything seemed to be fine". So what is now wrong? Landlords have responsibilities to keep their properties in livable condition. Safety is the main requirement.
