No, she is not. If what she says is only in order to get noticed and get rich, then she is obviously not stupid because she has achieved her objective. She makes her points clear enough so that many of you can only try to refute her by name calling; then you are the ignorant and stupid ones. If you mockers didn't take her seriously, why expend so much energy in denigrating her. As to the "be a Christian" part of the question, sure it's up to you what to believe, but she wants to point out to you the only right choice.

No serious people take her seriously. She's not actually a stupid woman. She graduated Cornell, and then did law at U. Mich., both very good schools. I can only assume that she's doing some sort of character, like Bill O'Reilly does, and that she's sort of lost track of the balance between an entertaining character and an annoying one.
I'm not Christian, and I'm in an inter-racial marriage, but I'm not angry at her because it's hard to get angry at something so silly.

If one is to believe she really thinks the things she says...then she's stupid. But she knows there are enough REALLY stupid people out there off which she can make a profit....and she has such a lack of ethics....that she'll say anything to rile the ignorant masses and take their money. And she is the type of person that really doesn't care about the harm she is doing by spewing this kind of nonsense.....she is too busy laughing all the way to the bank.

Ann Coulter isn't stupid, she's worse. Ann Coulter is a hatemonger and she's found a way to achieve tremendous celebrity and commercial success by selling her hate speech to the masses. It's the same approach that has worked well for Iran's president, Amadenajad (sp?), Venezuela's president, Hugo Chavez, and local favorites like David Duke.
Her self-serving, narrow-minded, mean-spirited rhetoric stands in the way of progress on the major issues facing us today.
I hope that really bad things happen to her, and soon.

Coulter is from a very wealthy republican family and has never wanted for anything. She is far from stupid, but lacks the capacity for any real empathy or for anything other than the sound of her own voice. She has it all she's wealthy, smart, and attractive but is becoming a laughing stock.

Yeah I got beef with that woman. She is just one of those people you stop listening too because you know nothing good will come out of her mouth... I think it's her scheme now... you know all people who are in the spot light have their "thing" I think hers is being controversial. Just like Rosie... she used to be pretty normal back in the day, then one day she got a ton of press for saying something completely outlandish and she hasn't shut her mouth since.

She is definitely not stupid. And she says she would like to be a commedian. 1/2 the stuff she says she just wants to wind people up. She is a commedian political commentator. She speaks from personal experiences and perceptions, and perceptions and beliefs of certain groups of people. But she does not seem to mean her comments as abolute truth. She gets lots of people wound up though.
