Used false evidence to get us into a war?

I mean the least he could have done was plant some physical evidence in Iraq. Lets face it, he is not an actor like ronald reagan was so we are less apt to believe his lies like we did reagan's.

In other words, do you think people who are gay / lesbian were born that way or do you think it is a learned behavior?

Nature versus nurture.

Does anyone know about the law passed that: "If your a Black Belt in a Martial Art, and you get into a fight, you can be sued for Excessive Force."?

(I'm not sure if it was Schwarzenegger who passed it or not.)

What official site, book, etc. can I find this on? It's going to be the topic of a research paper I'm writing. Thanks.

I read a story in the IndyStar today about a Woman who was found with a large sum of money in her car. I have heard that it is a Federal offense to carry more than $10,000 in cash. Does anyone know if this is true, or what law/code applies to this law? I wanted to research it more, but I have had no luck in finding out more. Thanks!

However, I been there for 7 months now. They just announced that I`ve got to change to a different shift, which messes up my home-life and childcare. If I dont do it, they said I can take a walk... Are they legally able to do this ??

I disagree because the parents should have made sure they don't have sex that young in the first place, now by offering birth control to these kids, they'll be encouraged to have more sex.

whats your take? thank you

The Jubilee Act calls for debt relief for some of the world's poorest nations. Experience proves that debt relief for countries committed to investing in their people's future is one of the most effective ways to fight extreme poverty.

When Tanzania's debt was canceled, that government was able to eliminate school fees, sending 1.6 million children to school almost overnight.

If someone parks too close to another parked car, blocking them in so they cannot possibly manoeuvre out of the space, are they committing an offence? Is it illegal?

WW III ????

Seems now it's on everyones mind.... it's like a psycological snowball affect. He couldn't think of another term ?...he just had to say it didn't he !?

It's more irresponsible than yelling fire in a crowded movie theater in my opinion....because those words went out to the world !

Now how do we stop this hysteria now that has everyone convinced that WW III is unavoidable or has already started ?

This is MADNESS !...MADNESS I TELL YOU !!!...lol

If you dislike Rush Limbaugh and his politics, here is a way you can hurt him financially.

Rush is auctioning off the letter Dingy Harry Reid and signed by 41 dems which was sent to Clear Channel regarding the "Phoney Soldier" issue. Rush is going to match the high bid and will donate all money to a charity that helps the families of soldiers injured or
killed.

This will be almost $250,000 donated.

If you want to bid, here is the auction:

We recently got a new branch manager, back in april.. this man is a workplace bully, we have been forced to endure abusive language, e.g. (**** off, your ******, I dont have to do ******* jack **** mate in relation to OH&S Issues) deliberate disregard of OH&S Issues, forced to work overtime, threatened chances for promotion, threats that we will be sacked and out the gate singing for our supper, and threatened with physical violence by this man. After writing letters through what was thought to be the appropriate channels, nothing had been done to stop this. I also stated in these letters I was now on medication due to workplace related stress etc.. This man is also a liar, which can be exposed by presenting video evidence. This man knows I wrote letters about him and went out of his way to Persecute, Harass, Bully, Victimise, and Discriminate against me. I was just fired & I firmly believe his actions constitute violations of the company's policies and procedures, what should I do?

Rudy Giuliani likes to travel in style.
That's what can be deduced by looking through Giuliani's campaign spending report, which shows the former New York mayor has routinely stayed in posh hotels while on the road, and seems to lack confidence in the quality of commercial air carriers.
$2,010 at the Greenbrier Hotel in West Virginia
$4,034 at La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., or $5,370 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. He also spent more than $565,000 reimbursing various corporate supporters for private jet travel. The biggest chunk of those flights came via Elliott Asset Management, a New York hedge fund known by some as a "vulture fund," so-named because they buy debt cheaply from cash-starved countries, and then sue them for the full repayment. The head of the firm, Paul Singer, is in charge of Northeastern fundraising for Giuliani.
Giuliani spent another $800,000 on charter jet travel.

I do not want some school official to give my daughter birth control w/o my knowledge. I can’t imagine how this could happen.

My niece's father is dying of cancer. Her school councilor says she can't discuss grief issues, only educ issues with her. At 11 she can’t go to the school councilor for grief & trauma over losing a father in 6 mo BUT she is old enough for the school to give her birth control?

So few schools teach reading, writing, math and science, instead they focus on "feel good" crap. Maybe if schools went back to being educational institutions instead of trying to be a friend, we would have fewer 11 year olds getting preg.

Also, how stupid would a parent look if they take the kid to the dr. & they didn't know the kid was on the pill? What if the kid develops diabetes or is taking meds that reduce the effectiveness of the pill?

This makes me furious.

First, check out this photo;

I don't understand. In this particular place like Iraq, the outdoor environment is desert, so the soldiers need to wear the camo uniform that has tan color.

But clearly, this uniform is a lot more bright and even has an ability to gain the attention.

This is not a camouflage. Why does the army make their soliders to wear this camo uniform?
