I saw a mini that parked to close to my friends car, four big guys lifted the car over a small wall into a court yard with walls all round with just a small gate for entry into the yard.
Often wondered how it was removed. lol.

I don't know.
I solved that problem once while I was in college. A little 280 Z parked about 1-inch behind the rear bumper of my full size Bronco blocking me in against a brick wall. I just backed up, pushed the 280 Z out of the way and left. Didn't do any damage to my vehicle.
And I'm sure that the 280 Z owner never did that again.

If there are lined spaces where you park, you could be towed. Worse than that is the damage that could be inflicted on your car. I pushed a car all the way across a parking area for doing this. I'm sure the tranny wasn't the same after that. Keying, flat tires and broken windows are also a result.

It is legal to park your car in your own driveway but it is not legal to block a driveway. The street does not belong to you and you can be cited. Can you expand your driveway space with rock and make another legal space for yourself? You need to look into alternatives for your parking situation. I let my neighbor park in my extra space - I only have one car and she has 3. Her teenage daughter is now driving. Figure out another way beside blocking a driveway.

If there are lined spaces and someone's out of the lines, it's possible they will be "done" for it. Other than that, no.
We, too, once found some smartar*e in an old-style mini had deliberately blocked us in one night and gone off. We discovered it would fit, with an inch to spare, in an alley-way nearby - sideways. Never did find out how he got out of that . . .

I dont think so. There's nothing in the highway code about it. However, if you bash into the offending car to get out of the tight space you could get into trouble. Tempting though it is.

As long as their car has all its wheels in its own space then its perfectly legal.
