If you mean, GET something notarized, go to a bank. Many of their cashiers or other employees are Notaries. If you want to BE a Notary, check with your State on the requirements to obtain your stamp and license.

YOU are not notarized, your signature is. A notary is a person who is registered with the state as a person who gives this 'official' level to signatures. They affirm that the signature is attachable to a person.

If you are asking how to become a notary, then check with the local licensing board at the state level.
