They would call themselves something that would attract voters. something with the word family, or peace or freedom.
Perhaps the Family Values Party. Sounds good. or perhaps the Peace and Freedom Party.
Like the "Patriot ACT" it would sound good. Who can be against patriotism? And like the patriot act it would be a rabid wolf in sheeps clothing.
No one is against peace or freedom. Their name would reflect values that no one could object to. And once in power they would slowly and surely overthrow the constitution in favor of a theocracy. Oh, the constitution would be maintained as a symbol, but just like the current administration does, it would be gutted or ignored.

They could use an old name from U.S. history -- "The Know-Nothing Party." That group was for evangelical Protestants only. They hated Catholics, Jews and immigrants, and faded away after two presidential elections, if I remember my history correctly.
Richard R. -- "Peace & Freedom Party" is already taken by a leftist group in California -- the only outfit on the ballot that is for socialized healthcare, against the war, for gay rights, free abortion on demand, for racial justice, and *PRO* gun rights.
They were founded by whites from the college peace movement in the 70s working together with the Black Panthers.
And I've voted for them at times when I lived in California. But I'm back in the South now, and there's no left alternative to the libs and cons here.

Political events exchange. Political events have little to do with ideology and lots to do with expediency. it relatively is extra effective for Ron Paul to alter events or form his very own.

They already did, it is called the Constitution party.
Read their manifesto, it totally condemns anything but christian theocracy as a government.

My question to you is....why do you care so much what Christians do? Why do you let us take up so much room in your head?
