While it is obvious that being an illegal immigrant is a crime to start with, anti-illegals are claiming that illegals are the majoral perpetrators of crimes in the US. Everyone should know that illegal immigrants consist of all races ethnicities, why then won't the law enforcement agencies and the news media, identify perpetrators who are caught doing any criminal acts if they are illegals?

not considered terrorist. Is our difinitions of a terrorist only someone that kills by using bombs. If an illegal Iraqui were to slips over our boarders and kill one or more people we would say it is a terrorist attack. So if other illegals do the same thing why all of a sudden do they have rights that protect them.

During these times I would think anybody coming into the USA ilegally would be looked at as a threat to our Nation. They may not come in to blow things up but they sure do put a strain on our economy, social programs and our middle class citizens. The rich nor the poor don't give a damn what they do to us. It's folks like me that are paying the price. Isn't that the goal of a terrorist, to destroy my way of life.

Im 17 years 8 months which means ill be 18 in 4 months well to make it short im pregnant and im about 5 or 6 months and my mother noticed it now or so i think but my dad and mom told me that night that they would kick me out if i was pregnant if they waid they wanted me out if i was pregnant what can i do can i go live my BF hes 22 and i dnt get him in truble. can he get in truble or his parents for letting me stay at his house ?

From my own perspective as a socialist, I see wealthy liberals as "bread and circuses" capitalists – people who think that throwing a few social programs out there will keep people loyal to the capitalist system.
Regular folks who are "liberals" are people hoping to benefit from some of the programs.
I see wealthy conservatives as "shut up and get back to work or I’ll whip you harder" capitalists – people who think that giving anything to the lower classes is just encouraging them to ask for more and endangers the capitalist system.
Regular folks who are "conservatives" are people tired of paying for the bread and circuses.
But both liberals and conservatives are for preserving the system – they just have different ways of going about it.

CAN ANY LIBERALS OR CONSERVATIVES NAME ANY THINGS THAT THEY THINK BOTH TYPES SHARE?

major factor in the Iraq war? While the US Iraq study group stated that the Israeli-Arab conflict had to be resolved before there can be an resolution/peace in Iraq or the Mideast.

I wonder why both groups omit something that is so obvious to ending & winning the war in Iraq?

1967 Arab-Israeli War lasted 6 days. How did a really small country like Israel manhandle Jordan, Egypt and Syria. The nations of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Algeria also contributed troops and arms to the Arab forces.

All these Islamic countries were beat by tiny Israel in just 6 short days!

I have a friend who is 12 weeks pregnant. She went to the emergency room for a unrelated problem and THC was found in her system. Is it the doctors responsibility in the state of Florida to report this to Child Protective Services or Department of Children and Families?
If it was not reported how can it be proved without her agreeing to releasing her medical records?

This involves the deportation of LEGAL immigrants, but ones convicted of crimes, with right to jury trials, attorneys and the whole nine yards. Moreover, one was convicted 'a dozen times' of drug charges, the other of drunk driving and later possession of cocaine w/ intent to sell, etc. They claim inability to argue they have family in the US to an immigration judge is a 'violation of international human rights'.

I'm not buying it...

The drugs laws of America where created in the very late 1800's and early 1900's as a way to discriminate against minorities and immigrants that used these drugs. Opium was used by Asian immigrants, and the white government did not want to be overrun by Asians in California, so they found a way to slow the influx by making Opium Illegal. The same for Mexican immigrants and Marijuana. The 14th Ammendment of the U.S. Constitution states "...No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law...". Shouldnt all the drug laws be repealed since they were illegal under the constitution in the first place. SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE!

Every Democrat that I know has said that they would never vote for Hillary. Yet the mainstream press has Hillary in the lead over Obama? I am beginning to wonder if the press is simply in bed with Hillary and ignoring Obama at any cost? So the Dems are POed about their representatives not stopping this garbage, why aren't the Republicans POed that their representatives would even consider spying on them? They are threatening strikes against Chrysler and did go on strike against GM a while ago.

Meanwhile, American car companies are losing money and can't stay afloat.

I wonder, how many UAW strikes have been threatened at the Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, Hyundai plants in America? You know, the companies actually making money and selling cars?

Oh, they don't have unions? And their workers are happy? All working together? Why is that?

Unions were great when they pulled American workers up. Now, they just drag them down.

And then they cry when they get outsourced. Idiots.

If the police want to search your house and you tell them to get a search warrant and then they still go in twice, claiming to have probable cause and then after they have entered the house apply for a search warrant what are the legalities of that? If they have probable cause why would they need a search warrant? Unless they decided to dig around your house first to see what they could find?

I mean, come on. If the US invaded Pakistan without Pakistan's "permission", don't you think an even larger war would follow. Considering the fact that right now, the US is fighting terrorist cells and not doing that well, what makes him think he could take on a million-strong Pakistani army?

Aside from that, the international response would be atrocious. How would the UK view the States if they invaded a Commonwealth country?- Queen Elizabeth is the "Queen of Pakistan" after all. Oh and you'd piss of Canada, but thats not very important...

Who here SERIOUSLY thinks that Obama is willing to invade yet another soverign nation, fight an even bloodier war and deal with the consequences?
