Your boyfriend (or his parents) could not get in trouble for letting you stay at their house. However, as with everyone else's comments, since you're a minor, your parents *could* press charges on your boyfriend for statutory rape. You're in a tough situation, I could imagine -- I hope that you'd be able to work things out with your parents, as well.

In short, to the best of my knowledge, they cannot get in trouble for letting you stay there, but your boyfriend can get in trouble for impregnating you since you are under age (depending on the specific law in your State).

But they should not be in trouble for giving you a roof over your head.........they can for allowing things to go on there though, if you know what I mean. I would seriously recommend trying to work things out with your parents though, chances are you will be better off at 'home" in your situation for now.

Good luck.

MOST STATES THE MINOR IS A MINOR TILL 18-19?
A 22 YEAR OLD USED YOU AND IS A PREDATOR BY THE LAW IN MOST STATES.
DHR AND THE PROSECUTOR CAN BRING CHARGES FOR (STATE AGAIN) (CARDINAL KNOWLEDGE, STATUTORY RAPE, INDUCING A MINOR, BODILY HARM)
YOUR PARENTS CAN BRING A CHARGE ALSO AGAINST THIS 22 YEAR OLD.
HE CAN DECLARE HE IS THE FATHER AND WILL PAY SUPPORT OR SUPPORT YOU AND THE CHILD OR MARRY YOU IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT.
GOOD LUCK IN YOUR DECISION PROCESS.

No, he shouldn't. But it depends on your state law on the age of consent and what they age they consider to be "of age"
