I can't get college tuition assistance because my wife and I take responsibility for ourselves and actually work (what a concept) and make more than the maximum requirement, but California wants to let border jumping Illegals who "promise" to gain citizenship after done with schooling to get huge tuition breaks and even in some cases free schooling? What in the hells going on here?

This is out of ordinary for my Q&A, but here I go.
As a kid I worked at local farmers helping in the crops growing melons and grain. Well, over the weekend I took a neighbor's kid and two of his pals around to some of the same farms I worked at. We was trying to find a part time job for them next season.
I would say we visited over a dozen farms and with each stop we was turned away disappointed. In the car, I heard one of the kids say in a low voice "damn wet backs". As much as I wanted to scold him, all I could do is think so myself was the same thing but with a few stronger choice words.
I look around and what I would once call a normal community of Americans, is now a quickly growing into a Mexican community. Where are are the long time locals going? Why are they moving and putting their property up for sale?
What is coming of the US and our Values? What about the American Pride?
The real question here is: WHAT ABOUT OUR CHILDREN'S FUTURE?

Hoping to deter crime by expanding the use of surveillance cameras, Aberdeen passed a measure that empowers the city government and police to require cameras in new developments.

The Police Department, the Department of Planning and Community Development, and the Department of Public Works will decide whether a new residential, commercial or industrial development must install cameras at "strategic locations" before a development permit is issued.
Simmons said he is interested in expanding the camera program in Aberdeen to monitor traffic on U.S. 40, using cameras that can read license plate numbers and run them through a computer database to check whether a car is stolen or the registration is expired.

The democrtas are pushing for this, and they say a tax on smoking will pay for it. How is this possible when California wants to ban smoking in all areas 9including your house and in public. How is that going to pay for this new entitlement???

So if the democrats keep saying that tabbaco will pay for it, I say that is crap and we the people will be paying for it.

The democrats and the Republicans were both given the same right to start a public talk show that had to be self supported. The democrats were unable to fund theirs because like everything else they do, they ran it broke, the Republicans ran their like a business and it is doing well, It is getting the truth out there and telling the people all of the sneaky things that our Senate is doing. Now Nancy Pelosi, and a few of her cronies, want to stop conservative radio from being produced and they are trying to force they to give the democrats equal time. They are also trying to take away each Radio owners rights to air any of the conservative messages. I believe this infringes on our freedom of speech, do you? Shoulden't we stop the Democrats from doing this? How will we ever find out the trut if they extinguish talk radio?

I am a hairdresser, and I have no recourse of payment when people miss an appointment.
I just wonder if it is truly LEGAL, or just an intimidation. I know they can refuse to see me again, but make me pay for services I did not receive?

Cheney and Bush are talking about it. Would we need to reinstate the draft? I'm hoping that Congress will stand in their way and prevent another mistake. Condi Rice is supposed to negotiate and be our diplomat, but diplomacy doesn't satisfy the "Decider".

On Friday, the State Department announced that it would place it's own security agents in all Blackwater convoys, mount cameras in Blackwater vehicles and record all radio transmissions.

While it's great that the State Department is taking the first steps toward holding Blackwater employees more accountable, it's not enough. Today, an Iraqi government probe into the Sept. 16 shootings ruled that the security firm's guards fired into a Baghdad square without provocation. The final results: 17 killed and 27 injured.

People like the ones responsible for the Sept. 16 shootings must be brought to justice now, and if it happens again in the future.

North American Man Boy Love Association. I totally disagree with this so called "Association", it's wrong, disgusting and un-ethical.

This child was adopted out before the man knew that he may be the father. Now that he knows that the child may be his, he wants DNA testing to confirm paternity. The adoptive parents won't agree to testing and the man doesn't have the finances to obtain legal representation. Are there court appointed lawyers in situations like this?
