A tax cut for the middle class, closely followed by a health-care plan that will not create or expand another bureaucracy. Some tariffs and controls on the Chinese would be nice.
Korean re-unification and aid to Africa should be top foreign affairs priorities, and since she has long wanted a Palestinian state, that will be up there too, although that will be a hard one to bring about.
She has already promised to make Bill an "Ambassador-at-Large" to the world, and that will go a long way towards re-establishing our international relations that are presently so tattered and torn.
On Iraq,...well, I predict that the Republicans will already have some sort of timetable in place, or at least a so-called "roadmap" out of that civil war.

When? HA. Well your screenname is LOONY. Just to play pretend though, I think she outta start a committee to investigate the corruption, crime and treason of the Clintons. I think that she should actually take a stand on something.
Whoever said tax cuts is nuts. That b*itch will raise my taxes to give to the lazy. She’ll probably not have to deal with the long term destruction that she would do to the country, but she would probably have to fight a war that she claims to be against. Might want some plastic surgery to not look like such a freaking troll.

Start paying back all those political debts. Create a legal team to defend her in the illegal activities case that will be brought up re: China & Campaign Funds. Change the nepotism laws to include a post for Bill. Fire all Bushes lawyers as her husband did. Fight terrorist attack on our soil. Initiate the draft as she declares war on Iran.
She will be busy on the defensive, so much so America will again be left as an open target, also again. History will repeat itself. You get two for one with this deal. So get prepared. However, I truly believe that the truth will prevail this time. If for no other reason that like Media Matters she herself will leak the information needed to stick these two in the can. Hsu was arrested last week. His record's all taken by the Fed's. Over 15 yrs of stuff. I expect Mary Matlin with Thompson's team will be right in there for the one two punch when the news gets out.
I hope & pray that America is researching each candidate more carefully. Not just voting as the polls dictate or the propaganda flys. Thank you.

To remove our troops from the impending second phase Civil War in Iraq.....
Second and very close to first will be to start finding ways in which we can hold the previous President responsible for the deaths of 4700 Americans and 1.1 million Iraqi men, women and children.
EDIT: "theherma..." has written a fantastic 1st 100 days for Clinton H.

If elected what her first priorty should be is what any president's priority should be. To invite in key members of the opposition party for reconciliation and to find common ground.
What would Hillary actually do? Probably hire a mad dog highly partisan Attorney General and begin the prosecution of all who disagree with her, even if they have to be "Nifong-ed". Democrats seem to do a lot of that these days.

If she wins I’m headed to Canada. Well I bet her fist move will be to get a new national security advisor Sandy Berger, then she will direct him to go to the national archives to replace anything that puts her husband or her in a bad light by stuffing the documents in his socks and underwear.
Then her next move will to fire all the Whitehouse travel staff and replace then with someone she has had on he campaign staff. Then her next move will be to fire all of the FED advisors and replace them with Norman Hsu, and Johnny Chung. Next she will invite the Chinese military in so they can share of national defense secrets.
